You don't know what you're talking about.

The Nats are ramping up their standard dirty ops in election year and salivating fools like you lap it up.

Holy Crap, what are you on?

Had nothing to do with National at all!!!!

It was leaked in a bunch of papers that has the Government making many stuff ups!!!!!!!

You can follow anyone you want and believe what you want, your prerogative.

If you have a job, hope you keep it!

Shyte I just read on the news what Brodie is referring to with regard to Aderns directives to her Ministers.

Her actions reek of arrogance and inexperience.  What's worse it is complete disrespect for the institutions, norms and rules of our democracy.  I say that from a non partisan perspective and I'm sure there are pissed off people in Labour.

Perhaps you've been asleep for the last 12 years....'a non partisan perspective'=hilarious.

Expand on this instead of making generalisations.' it is complete disrespect for the institutions, norms and rules of our democracy.'

'leaked in a bunch of papers'...do me a favour!

we know media in NZ is dominated by privately owned organisations who dance to their advertisers tune.
They unashamedly promote the FIRE economy and right wing narratives with a daily assault of conditioning pulp.

They’ve now dusted off notorious anti Labour mouth Paul Henry and given him his own show as an electioneering initiative.
When I see how National demanded the removal of socialist commentators and were readily obliged it makes you wonder what on earth the rightwing fanbois of the world base their prejudice on!

Journalists shitting themselves over employment ,especially the print ones are anti Govt.

Thank goodness for the rise of online sources of real information, vital to a democracy the right merely pay lip service to.

You obviously haven't read the RNZ article on the Government document dump with its attendant advice to cabinet ministers?

Note the article does not quote any opposition politicians and was republished in its entirety by Stuff and the NZ Herald.

? I wonder if Jacinda and Grant will ask for the $50m back.

its completely irrelevant..these are unchartered waters, despite the Chch quakes, after which a responsible Govt would have made a plan to cope with an event like this.

There is plenty of legal precedent through various Govt departments to sustain the actions taken. This 'principled' faux disgust is a politically motivated ..beat up.

Loto Bridges....the medicine is worse than the...cure....peanut!!!

it was reported on tv3 news tonight reporter saying she received a leaked email ardern sent to her ministers telling them not to talk to media  [ so could only have been leaked by greens, first or labour ] the reporter then went on to say they asked minister of health for interview and he refused just to prove her point about ardern  gagging ministers

Post them thanks.

Far too detailed to do that, but basically...State of emergency and Health Act provisions cover this.
It all boils down to legal technicalities how persons' is defined.i.e is  it the whole country or a smaller group.

Have you had this high regard for morality, transparency from politicians and disdain for non democratic action long...or is a recent cause celebre?

A minister declining an interview proves nothing at all.

It is very common irrespective of who is in Govt.

Well I can't seem to get rid of the below image.

However, the documents were not leaked. They were transparently and proactively released today by government and you can go read them yourselves, stop talking shit and stop relying on the media spin.

FFS! You are deluded!

Ardern has told her ministers to not talk to media and anything written has to be run past her!

If that isn’t showing no confidence in her ministers I don’t know what is?

Why hasn’t the Minister of health, Minister for tourism, minister of tourism spoken at the 1.0pm announcements over the last month or so?????

Did we really need Bloomfield wanking on about the no. Of positive tests every day without any detail as to how many had symptoms or anything.

Bloomfield worked for WHO as far as I am aware so that doesn’t exactly give us all a lot of confidence.

Hopefully enough sheep can start to see what many of us have known all along, that this lot is totally out of their depth with anything but giving away free money!

Where's Winnie in all this?  He is old school Parliament and as well wouldn't take kindly by being told by Ardern to keep his mouth shut.

never mind him...tell us more about your moral outrage and how the Govt should have handled this crisis.
