Booby, I did answer the question! As I said when the curve was flattened and there clearly was no pressure whatsoever on the hospital, I wouldve had more business and industry operating! There was never any sign whatsoever in NZ that it was a deadly virus!! John Curtin was one of the first that tested positive to it and je came in from the U.S.! He stated that it was no worse than the common flu! There were next to no one at any stage in hospital let alone Intensive care!!! Most people that tested positive had no symptoms, and personally dont know or heard of anyone that had it! Not a single person has died in NZ Of Covid19, the rest home people were already in their twilight days and were on do not revive instructions! Everyone that tested positive that had a y reasonable level of health has recovered, and for this we have had our economy stuffed, and future generations severely financially disadvantaged! We have been told due to the over reaction, there would be heaps of people die of Cancer due to no operations, heaps of suicides due to finances etc. There were 4200 people die during level 4 lockdown in NZ From other than Covid19 and 22 total deaths to people with Covid19 not due to it!! As for other things I would do to improve NZ, you would need an hour or two! We are being dictated to by a person that has no idea kf finance but wants everyone under her control! Yes, their covid-related death rate is high, but it's still lower than in countries like the UK, Spain and Italy, all of which had stringent lockdowns. And then there are countries like Taiwan, which has a grand total of 7 deaths without imposing any kind of lockdown at all. If there's one thing we know from the data available thus far, it's that covid death rates have nothing to do with government-mandated lockdowns. Brodie's principal solution to 'improve things' would be for the TAB to allow him to bet as much as he likes on whatever he fancies whenever he wants. All else is just pettifogging trivia.
