Not sure whether you have a boss or not, however I ask the question if you do! If your boss called you in and said that you are doing a great job however I am going to take some of your wages off you and give it to other employees who are not doing as good a job as you? The TAB hammers restricted punters continually so I will give it back to them as they dont play fair! If someone has been moderated then it is not before they have received warnings!
