That is a brave bet considering it's draw and the horses who have drawn 1-3. Mind you, it has won plenty of races compared to most. It also wouldn't want to be stuck for room on the rails when The Kaik is coming down the outside. Anyway, will make the last race on the grass fun to watch. Good luck to them @51s!

Holy shit, someone wants to finish the grass track season with a bang. Not your 7-year-old daughter into your TAB account again, FU?
-
Has found a new lease of life. Likes the Mot and the wet. Could be a lethal combination tomorrow.
-
and at the same time, you are bringing the TAB to its knees. Love it.?

A fitting way to end the grass track season with what most likely will be a dead track after rain. Sticking with Adam Patron at 12FF and 3 70FF. I have done my dough twice in its last two starts. The first being badly held up and then appearing a bit average last start, though the sliding blinds didn't work. Got to go one more time. Young Ben will get him flying... For a bit more value, Baker Creek is at 19s and in a very very weak field. Bad draw and all it is still a little enticing.

Addington is a step down from last start Forbury runs so must be a chance.

I think he is criticising the driver and not the man. I couldn't quite fathom the drive on Santanna Lad last night by Sarah O"Reilly but she was back winning with Girls Let Loose. Good on her. I think it is fair enough to ask why Robbie C didn't look to see if it was an option to move out.

Pretty good indeed. Unloaded wasn't right on the night.
-
7/10. Pass mark, as it isn't hard at Forbury. Franco Riot was nice in the last. If only Santana had run a place ?
-
Interesting drive. Draws 3 and settles last. Gets battered at the back too. Long way to go for that to happen. Sometimes you win and sometimes you learn.
-
Compared to you flag! Sorry, couldn't miss the easy opportunity lol ?
-
You have inspired me DR to put money on it ?

The standard is not high tonight....Raphoe is not there...alas...☹️

It is not without a chance. Favs up front will drag her into it and she might have the last say....just like a 7 year old would with her father

Nothing like the fresh salt air at Forbury to fill the lungs on a chilly autumnal night in Dunners with a mildly warm pie in one hand and a bet slip in the other for whoever who is doing that cos it won't be me. Race 5 Santanna Lad at 11FF and 3.10FF is nice enough money, certainly, the place price is. I have a strong inclination to try and pick the card, but unlike Mardy, just for a place. The fool in me says do it...time to disgrace myself but at least it will be amusing. There are a couple of horses racing such as Look Both Ways in race 1 who are possibly better win bets but manners are iffy so for the place it is. If I pick the lot, Brodie has to front with a tip on BOAY. I am sure he will agree to that. R1 Muchaha Bonita R2 SPF Three R3 Depend On Washie R4 Clifden Clowers Race 5 Santanna Lad Race 6 Sharnae Race 7 Rocknpop Race 8 Sweet Mary Race 9 Kiwi Bloke Race 10 Franco Riot Viva La Forbury.

72 holes of golf and with one shot the tournament could be over or one of the other 80 odd players could have the week of their lives or his back plays up or he gets distracted by the waitress at the local Hooters Club in Atlanta...endless things we don't know. At least we know Jafa Kitten is not going to run 1.47 and change for a mile.

Tossers from the Darkside still going on!!!!

Exactly. Both sides can forget each other. Move on. -
...bet on a golf tournament. That is a fool's bet. Golf has too many variables and unknowns. He might as well have been at a roulette table. And he has a mortgage on his house and 2 car loans?? Flag, get that gambling helpline number ready for this man because he has serious issues. Really serious issues.

While I don't condone the behaviour on here at times. For JJ to go back and ingratiate himself on Racecafe while seeding discontent about this site and use myself as an example is pretty poor form. If he was to have a look at the times of posts, he would realise Newmarket RC (a most distasteful poster in my book) actually came on here to see CP's tip about Just Michael and then posted it on RC. Classy. JJ and himself then had a dig. JJ Flash.. the man with no past but knows the history of everything. I am glad you feel RC is more peaceful and constructive. Enjoy. The pot, in this case, is very very black indeed and I would rather be the kettle any day of the week -
180g or a bit of fun? Sounds like Money or the Bag. I will take the 180g, thanks, Selwyn.
-
It might if you saw people on the pokies. But I doubt you are the type to frequent pokie machines, Chief.
-
Knock knock. CP: Who is there? Michael. CP: Michael who? Just Michael with a bag full of money after you didn't back me.
-
and I might add, at least racing is an industry which employs people and contributes to society.

Pokies are for the braindead and or hopeful in my book. I sometimes reluctantly go into those pokie rooms with mates and they drop 20 or 40 dollars before I can even see the spinning stop. I ask them how did you win or why didn't you win and they don't even seem to know. It is just the instantaneous dopamine hit of the lights and little wins that hooks people isn't it. No wonder betting on racing is stuffed....there aren't enough races on trackside lol. I would rather watch someone lose 1000 on a race they carefully studied than someone lose 100 on a machine. They are not even in the same ballpark of desperation in my book.

And good on him. Punters demand perfection from drivers when their money is on the line. Unfortunately, no one told the horse, the other horses, the other drivers, the track, the starter or the stipes. It must be lonely being a driver sometimes as they have the biggest target on their back. Tim had a great day today, just as he has good and bad ones in the past. He will drive beaten favourites again, even All-Stars ones but I have realised over time that things going pear-shaped is normal in any given profession or anyone's life. Hell, if I stopped trying to pick a winner every time my nag ran midfield (can't say last as I would actually give up) then there is no point to anything. A driver just needs to aim to get better each and every time they go on the track. Just like Perseverance Road does next time it races. ?
