Maybe tailored to individual accounts, Flem, Rosehill Trentham all 1st 4 here and Tauranga boosted all races
-
Have a look how well the 4 strikes work in a major race It's the near future here shirley
-
Definitely 4 races on weekends and 2nd to 3rd other days
-
Exactly and well done picking it up. Being a monopoly they'll gradually whittle away punter's rights without informing them officially Cameron.Rodger@tab.co.nz Do it and lets us all know what his feeble excuse will be

Absolutely convoluted and NZTR's many variations of the 'whip rule' show how bloody confused they are and that's obviously resonated with the jockeys What idiot organisation would make an already highly dangerous profession more dangerous by requiring counting and the distraction of trying to line up the 100M pole? Maybe 6 but what about 4 and the Galop France rule? Watching a French race and the aesthetic looks normal sans flailing whips that Australasian jockeys display And lets be clear, our jockeys are CHEATING Watch Sam Spratt head on in a tight finish and she's smacking the flank every stride on the pretense of 'showing the whip' Stewards prefer to ignore that fact because it's just too hard to police a 'half strike' Lets hope they've resurrected their senses in the next iteration of their 'whip confusion' and finally include what they signed up for in 2020 and BAN FLANK WHIPPING Craig Grylls will have to substantially change his style but sobeit

So here's yet another jock who didn't get Andy Lacy's email While Mr Singh agreed that he had used the whip 8 times prior to the 100m, he defended the charge. This was due to himself and other Riders’ misunderstanding of the exceptions to this Rule. There are only 2 exceptions, specifically: (A) a Rider strikes a horse six times prior to the 100-metre mark, provided that the rider does not strike the horse more than four times after the 100-metre mark, (Amended 26 June 2023). (B) a Rider strikes a horse seven times prior to the 100-metre mark, provided that the rider does not strike the horse more than 3 times after the 100-metre mark, (Amended 26 June 2023). How hard can it be? Do Stewards need to have a monthly reminder meeting in the jocks room perhaps?

At least the rail is out 6m where some track managers are simply shifting it 3m which of course creates fast lanes next time at TRUE

Punters screwed again? Retrospective Track downgrade!
Thomass replied to Trojan's topic in Galloping Chat
oh four chuck stakes!! How long have you got, because I've got the lawns to do and moi's gunja patch to tend to so polly possum wont get high again tonight. Alors, they brought in the 'going stick' at great cost, after ditching the peno, which Tim Mills still does on twitter because he realises the rating system is STILL related to the pen and not the current 'moisture meter'!! Then ditched the stick for the meter! NZTR changed to the Oz system, calling the old Dead 5 SOFT, when it's patently not Retained 1, which NEVER occurs except at Tow Poo on a dry Xmas, but ditched H11, which happens every other weekend in winter! All in the mistaken belief Australian punters would 'invest' more here! incredibly the new 'improved' Oz system includes an extra Heavy!! 8,9,10...which punters HATE 'investing' on but which occurs far more frequently in NZ than Oz ffs. -
Wow love being a legend, if only You must have confused moi with someone who wastes time on tipping comps, or posting endlessly over as many sites as possible frittering their life away
-
I'm not sure what you're referring to, But that other butt pain Grasi questioned my boner fiddies as well Same day I posted a lazy Friday fitty investment multi to return over 10K He still whined and squirmed like the blockhead he is I've been on the 'punter's promise' restrictions as long as it's been active, what does that tell you?
-
i could add 'get some help" if you want??
-
And you're ubiquitous with an opinion on everything over many websites, go back to the once a post every 3 days bore fest

Punters screwed again? Retrospective Track downgrade!
Thomass replied to Trojan's topic in Galloping Chat
Good point chef yes they can but they NEVER do preferring to keep their integrity intact in case they make an error What's entirely screwed though is the ridiculous fact that H10 is the limit now where H11 was dumped take Cody Cole on Monday, scratched his very good mare with rain falling through the day and couldn't scratch without being fined due to the fact H10 cant be bettered!! It shows what NZTR think about horse welfare, wanting a horse to run in conditions that could fuck her entire season up Cody screwed by $400, thanks for coming down though -
Well chef it was deliberate act to point out the irony of failing to spell IGNORANT of course your outstanding website had already alerted moi to the error with a big fat red line under it ffs which moi has

It's called being 'worldly' A cretin could work it out from MAP OF TASMANIA, a common term for a female part of the anatomy, coined by Sir Les on Parky to MAP OF JAPAN, what does Japan look like as you and Bazza from the Tron have desert at the back of the stand after a bowl of fatty chips? Any 'worldly' type can look up the urban dictionary for confirmation, which some women regard as sexual assault imagine the sad f of an owner naming their horse after a denigrating sexual act and NZTR failing to realise MOJ has absolutely zero context when naming a noble thoroughbred??
-
Actually you're right, most do remarkably well being so young so full marks to those apprentices When senior trainers Ralph Manning and Dummy Meyers tried one said "the handicappers are corrupt" and "i had to lie to the punters to protect the owners price" Both never to be heard from again, albeit to pick up an award And then Big Red Sharrock to Rodley "what chances Al?" "a bloke out the back asked, I said "he's black and he's old" he said "Id rather be black" WTAF!!! What's black got to do with things from a performance basis?? Obviously connecting both "black" & "old" with a negative vibe As a result ENTAIN introduced media training to the unfortunates who don't know how the f to behave

So how can some of these jocks go through jockey life without knowing 'DA RULES'?? Billy pleads ignorance to the (admittedly very stupid NZTR rule) counting to a total of 10 strikes...5 being the limit before 100M but 6 & 7 allowed as long as the total at the end doesnt breach 10...ok? #phew Maybe he missed the email from jocks secretary Andy Lacy, "7 +3 = 10...6 +4 =10...11 and you're totally screwed...8 + before the 100M and you're absolutely f'ed even if you can count to 10...ok?" #2xphew Ok, let's face it..it could be bloody confusing trying to line up the 100M mark when you're in a G1 squeeze with Opee breaking the rules yet again, crossing within your length and another length all the while counting, when you went to school to eat your lunch sans basic maths "Mr Pinn accepted Mr Oatham’s evidence regarding the number of strikes. He told the Adjudicative Committee that he had mistakenly believed that it did not matter how many times he used his whip prior to the 100 metres, provided that he did not use it more than 10 times in total prior to the finishing line. He had not used his whip at all inside the final 100 metres, he said." It's been a shocking few weeks for Pinn, thinking he's been singled out for the numerous careless riding charges then failing to get the email of how to count proper...let alone how to speak proper it's enough to make you want to dye your hair pink

Listen up Mr Ubiquitous, call me anything but NEVER call me naive Naive is not knowing what Map of Japan refers to

More RIB incompetence, did Opie get screwed or was it Billy?
Thomass replied to Thomass's topic in Galloping Chat
Too true Just an update to this, after Pinn was charged yet again last week, this time the December CR charge in Oz WAS included. To summarise, originally Opee and Billy both had 6 CR charges as it turns out with Opee getting screwed by an extra days suspension and Billy receiving a day less. So poor Opee really did get screwed, boo hoo -
So forget moi sending a 'please explain' to the RIB how they FAILED to check Te Akau's INSPIRED BY ART retaining BLINKERS ON when punters were told they'd be OFF first up In a far more serious slice of 'one stipe not knowing what the others are doing' incompetence We had Mark Davidson (a very good stipe BTW) failing to include Pinns 2 careless Riding charges in Oz as an aggravating feature over a 12 month period In fact he got a day off for his "very good record' Meanwhile did Opie get screwed by Oatham when he included his one CR charge in Oz to have 6 in a 12 month period to which he got tagged "aggravating" and an extra days suspension So what is it RIB? Did Opie get screwed or was it Billy? Someone sure as hell got screwed by @ 3-4K

Next you'll be wanting children to be smacked again,, or doesn't it hurt, just their pride?

Here we go again!! Horse slips in second at Te Rapa!
Thomass replied to Trojan's topic in Galloping Chat
You get the impression from how he talks that ANY slip no matter how minor is a major After the Ist he told Poops he would've gone out in the next race and galloped over the slippage to assess how bad it was Australian tracks have very similar abandonments at this time of the year as well so lets not believe it's solely a NZ problem i dont recall Ellerslie having any slip issues when they had a solid concrete ensconced rail while racing all year around? Also this crazy idea of moving a rail out 3m then back to True and believing we'll get 'fair racing' and there will be no bias needs to stop now -
So Waller on the Guerin Report He nom'd The Whip as THE biggest issue (as did his mate Messara) going forward followed by traceability, birth to death The obvious problem here is the his 'boss' Vacuous Vlandys "the whip doesn't hurt" 'move on' narrative Besides the fact Racing Australia has the impossible task of obtaining consensus from disparate Ozzie states like SA's "bash the shit out of them" and Racing Vic's "we're trying to do the best for the industry" Waller needs to practise what he preaches by instructing jockeys like JMackSmack to simply stop bashing horses from his stable, over 23 times up the straight in a recent G1 bashathon However with Gen Z turning up in their 1000's at the Everest, obviously the future generation don't really give a shit about welfare and Waller's pissing into the wind?? Or did they turn up to drink piss and sing about Caroline sans horses?

Here we go again!! Horse slips in second at Te Rapa!
Thomass replied to Trojan's topic in Galloping Chat
Alors, Leith Innes has the ear of the jockey room and he named Sabrina as the culprit to Poops on Trackside Wazza was on the witch and fast out onto the track pointing to the slip with Bart Cowan looking on Recently back from an extended holiday he's probably telling Butch "it's not my fault" When you have Wizards, Witches and Butchers in the mix it's never going to end well I'm afraid -
They might as well race on that gawd awful black tar sealed carpark! WTF thought it was a good idea 'sighting' an eyesore like that in front of the King Charles stand?
