  1. perhaps it was the 2nd last race
  2. After my initial watch I didn't think to go back until our shrinking aquatic friend was previewing the last on channel 62. I was surprised to find channel 83 was promoting syndicates at the time and I stayed to see 2 horses then went back to channel 62.
  3. If a horse is named after a well-known person, “the naming of which might be objectionable to the persons concerned”, written permission must be obtained. So would "Old Brodster" be okay or not ?
  4. MacKinnon's been working on the concept since 2019.
  5. are they using dial up ?
  6. This is terribly bad I am back to Channel 62
  7. Money for Jam for the TAB
  8. I think you just answered your question.
  9. For every Friday night for the next six weeks Trot Night will be broadcast on Sky Channel 83 from 5.30pm to 10.30pm. It's a trial its backers hope will become permanent. So it misses Race 1 from Addington ...... Pure Genius
  10. Kitty littered them in the NZ Derby to complete the Triple Crown
  11. Those punters should really not be betting. But in the interests of turnover I strongly suggest they make use of the excellent info on the 0900 number
  12. hmmmmm the foot out of the sulky thing, not a biggie unless he is doing it often. Questions like this are quite common of late Race 8 OPAWA LOUIE - when questioned regarding the improved performance trainer/driver K Cameron advised that the gelding had appreciated a drop back in class from recent racing and had capitalised on a favourable run throughout. I am thinking they accepted his explanation given they made no further comment. So my question is given K Camerons entirely reasonable and obvious response why was the question even asked.
  13. Module and Lordships boy
  14. Depends on the starter.
  15. Looks like a good gaited pacer.
  16. Could you be on the Money Brodster ? "There was a crooked man," By Mother Goose (Robbies Great Grand Mother?) There was a crooked man, and he walked a crooked mile, He found a crooked sixpence against a crooked stile; He bought a crooked cat which caught a crooked mouse, And they all lived together in a little crooked house.
  17. I have no idea. Was he demanding respect or has he at some stage earned it?
  18. Money for old rope.
  19. That bloke that trained quite a few including White Arrow might make a comeback. Mickey Mouse probably got the idea off him.
  20. Another fabulous offering by Mavis. She is now off to her part time role in the Fixed Odds Programming Dept.
  21. Mavis is currently busy performing her main "roll" I will keep you updated cobber.
  22. 8 Races NO 40K Feature Races so Odds for all races should be released in sync. 5 @ 8K 3 @ 9K Brodsters Cup Day is here !!!!
