Stewards were satisfied that Driver J Abernethy was not at fault. Stewards were also satisfied that neither horse started in advance of its correct barrier position and did not gain any advantage. Weakened rounding the final bend. KELVINZ LUCK - Driver J Stormont admitted a breach under Rule 859(2) in that he allowed his horse to start from an incorrect unruly barrier position. After hearing submissions on Penalty, the Adjudicative Committee imposed a fine of $400.
