You’re bang on Doomed. Lord Module was 3 fav and ran last. I think he refused to go away at the start. Roydon Scott finished well back. He was a very talented horse but suffered from arthritis otherwise he would have been up there with the best.

True Brodie. The Bruce Hutton I refer to is not the Bruce Hutton that is currently licensed. The Bruce Hutton I refer to passed away in 2013 and was a detective involved in the Crews murder case. A royal commission into the conviction of Arthur Allan Thomas found that a shell case found at the scene of the murder which helped convict Mr Thomas had been planted. The police eventually accepted the findings the shell case was a plant but never admitted they had placed it at the scene, thought they didn't deny it either. The late detective Bruce Hutton after his retirement did become involved in horse racing, breeding and I think training horses. I think I read somewhere that it was harness racing he was involved with but not certain on this. Just to be clear once again, not the Mr Hutton currently licensed.

Just like Bruce Hutton who planted evidence in the Crew murder case, the problem is these crooked cops are never held to account so it keeps on happening Some cops are more interested in getting a conviction than finding the truth. Bruce Hutton did enormous damage to the reputation of the police and opened peoples eyes to their sometimes corrupt investigations. As the late and well respected QC Peter Williams once said, Bruce Hutton should have gone to prison for obstructing justice. Unfortunately it is evident it wasn't to be an isolated case.

I believe all the charges against X,Y & Z, both Court charges and RIU charges have been dropped as there was never any evidence against them. I believe the court charges were dropped last year because they were allegations with no evidence to support them. The RIU seem to have finally accepted there was no wrong doing on the part of these people. The court dates Spatchcock refer to (if correct) must apply to other licensee's. From what I can gather the evidence against them is virtually non existent although admittedly it is hard to get accurate information. We shall see. What is very clear now and cannot be in dispute, is that there was no widespread collusion to fix races. If anyone still believes there was, they are delusional conspiracy theorists.

Chief a question for you. Do the INCA charges that have been dropped against X, Y & Z refer to the RIU? I only ask because I understood the court had thrown out the charges last year but the RIU were still going to pursue them themselves. I could be wrong though. The situation seems a bit confusing.

Bringing vexatious proceedings against these people goes beyond incompetence, it is straight out corruption and in the case of these 3 license holders the RIU had no evidence what so ever. This is why the RIU staff involved in bringing the charges against these 3 license holders must be held accountable and be removed from their positions, if in fact they are still there. They should also face legal consequences for initiating vexatious proceedings if that is possible. Dunns and Dalgety should be reimbursed by the RIU for their legal expenses which combined will be well north of $100k I would guess. I would like to see a program such as Sunday expose this case so the public can see there was indeed corruption , but it wasn't the defendants that were corrupt, it was the police and RIU

While some of their economic and social policies have been shockers and their policies on rental housing is sheer economic lunacy, can we please stop calling them Communist. The term Communism obviously derives from commune, meaning the government alone controls the means of production, distribution and exchange. Under Communism private ownership of property and businesses is not allowed. If we label everyone who is left of center 'Communist' what term is left to describe and define those who actually are Communist? This government has reached its used by date and has many faults, some unforgivable, but being Communist isn't one of them.

When you have around 150m people voting there will always be a tiny minority of people who will take advantage of opportunities that arise, such as the guy who used his late wife's voting paper to vote for Trump. It happens in all elections over the world. All this talk of machines flipping votes, ballot dumps and more people voting than there are voters are lies and never happened. No one has been able to point to a single county or state where votes exceeded registered voters. All are allegations with no evidence to back them up. As for voting restrictions, given how clean the USA election was I don't see any need for them. Shouldn't they encourage people to vote instead of putting obstacles in there way? There will still be that tiny minority that try something on if they can. It seems to me when you have Harris County in Texas with a population of 4 million and they are only allowing 1 drop box for the whole county, well that is 3rd world stuff. The USA is in some ways a very backward county.

Brodie, please try and apply some critical thinking to your belief the election was fraudulent. Why did Trumps OWN Attorney General Bill Barr state the election was fair and Biden won? Why did Trumps OWN VP admit Biden won? How come the only people still promoting the lie it was stolen are a cast of clown characters such as Giuliani who admits he doesn't know if what he alleged is true, Sidney Powell who even you cold see has mental health issues and is currently being sued by voting companies for straight out lying about their machines.. Yes you are correct Mike, off a trailer I think. What are the odds?, just happened to be in the exact wrong spot when a tyre flies off a vehicle at the exact wrong time and place. Also saw an obituary for A.K Holmes when looking up about Graham. A.K was involved in a horse switch incident. Can't remember the names of the horses but both were purchased out of Trevor Thomas stable prior to the scandal.
