Yeah I hear you brodster but how many have the disposable income to be buying yearlings in nz. As you quite rightly say unless you have the means or are fortunate to be in with Mark and Nat you are almost wasting your time and money. For me it illustrates the dominance of Bettor's Delight, I believe there should be more incentive in having NZ bred only races. More reason to buy an Auckland Reactor or Changeover. In today's commercial market if the new NZ bred stallions don't have something above average running at 2 in their first crop they are in trouble.

Yeah i attend to agree JJ. Not very often you are wrong Brodster, but that's a pretty positive sale. I watched a couple sell and didn't notice Peter Lagan doing his usual spiel prior to a horse selling. A great result hopefully he doesn't do this in CHCH either.
