Have a look at annual report and you will see that salaries over a certain amount are reported . Im pretty sure CEO is currently on less than some of the earlier pretenders who are now gone. For me , id say 500K would be about the going rate for a CEO with 400 staff and the current one was on a whole lot less when he took over- one might call it showing leadership.
