Hey Forbs, not sure about the years of aggressive drives, however thought he drove Bankers Gold amazingly well. To get him off the gate to lead using as less energy as poss. Then when attacked he didn't push horse hard, let the other horse on outer get ahead but not ahead enough to take the rail line, so saved that energy for the home straight. He used those Cambridge Corners really well. Pop straight out in-front once around it. Thought it was CLASSIC

Agree, suspect that is why Chief often takes the defence line on here, to provide 2 sides & also as a moderator & it would be him trying to protect us posters if someone comes for 1 of us legally. Well that is just my thought - could be wrong. Its been nice lately to see more constructive posting than destructive & less name calling (with the exception of 1 poster) & less getting personal, in-house toxic fighting, but more debating an issue nicely & smartly presenting both sides. Then letting it go. A much nicer environment to post in 👍

Like how when Williamson was interviewed by the TV guy & they played the recording just prior the start of the 4-5 y/o race & he said something like “Im aware there are views out there that think I should of parked the Cullen runners in Easter Cup”. On Boxseat last nite, he was optimistic about how the horse ran, so were the hosts, and Williamson noted his fella only has to improve by a couple lengths to be right up with them. Something I agree with. On time he was only beaten 0.2 secs by S. A & 0.1 secs by A.D

PS sorry to clarify, so every poster will have 3 horses for the BIG day. a 2y-o & 2 others. These 2 others will be drawn this weekend randomly by me (& as stated previous will keep it as fair as poss by trying to give everyone 1 good draw & 1 bad draw 1-12). So we won't know who we are actually all on until the actual draw. Keeps it fair. Many on here read the comps, but are too shy or not interested in participating. They all have automatic entry in this hehe.

Donation to put towards the prize. We need $50 minimum to have a winners prize of $50, so far we are at $20. Winner takes all at this stage. Nah to keep it fun, and so everyone is included, and less of a guessing game, more of a draw random kind of thing. Also needed to be added is Badger & Bill $. Have Forbs down as Have a Go. Heres the comp, * Every poster on here that I am aware of gets a 2y-o as per the 2 y-o thread in top 12, points will be 12 win 11 2nd 10 3rd etc down to 12th 1 point. * Every poster on here will get 2 horses in 2 different races on day, due to numbers some horses may have 2 posters on them. Again 12 points for a win 11 points for 2nd etc. Then pre-Jewels bonus points - guessing games to come once a week, 1st poster to get answer the question will win 1 point. If no-one answers the question then the poster who asked the question gets the point. Gamms is already on 2 points & Taupiri is on 1 point & Big Bang is also on point. Next bonus question to come next week. (A rule of a max of 2 pre-Jewels bonus points allowed per poster). Also we will have 3 selections games too. 1. How many winners will Cullens runners get on day? 1 point to everyone for the correct answer 2. Who will win the drivers challenge on day? 1 point to everyone with the correct answer 3. $1 comp - you have $1, whoever has the highest live winning amount is the winner, will get 3 points, 2nd place 2 & 3rd place 1 point Overall Jewels winner to take the $50 will be the poster with the MOST POINTS collected together ALL tallied up. If the winning prize is not claimed then it goes to the next highest points scorer & so on. If your horse is scratched then you get a standard 6 points. So we need 3 more posters to donate/contribute $10 each. If we do not get this then you can keep my donation as a gift for hosting this site.

Sweet have just been making things up as I go, no set rules as yet. But yes now for prize money, will have to cement in rules. Its actually quite a job trying to include as many posters as poss. Its cool. I know there are people that think the amount of articles per story/person is reasonable & have their reasons as to justify why. I on the other hand along with other people don’t think its reasonable (quantity only) and we have our reasons to justify why too. Anyways moving on. Gamms think you are putting words in Brods mouth, NEVER read him saying things should be covered up. Read him say things along the lines that he feels the journo (Press) has it in for Harness & not sure why. Come on 8 articles & counting so far on someone who allegelly doped a horse. Think that is enough evidence really to back up his view. Anyway not going to get into this & yes of course this Kerr thing needed to be published. Great fantastic, checked out this stripe thing, yeah its like Paypal, guess people could just make up name eg Kim Karrots or Karoline Karrots & then just need email. My preference would be a bank account number & I will go tomorrow & make the $10 deposit. Is this possible? But its more about playing for a prize to encourage more participation. Gamms on the day you or Chief will have to be score tellers, as Ill be on-course. Thoughts? If no response will just play for no prize, simple. Just do this as a once off on a special occasion & add to the excitement build-up Chief could say 2 weeks prior announce the donations & posters that did. PS so far, rules will be pre-bonus points + your score with your 2y-o (if you are on more than 1 the higher score counts) will be given points 12 win thru to 1 for a last, Will be also given 2 horses in 2 other races, same as above 12 for win, 1 for last. Spirits Jewels current ranking is 110 to be precise, TAB have him ranked 6th Jewels. I mean I dink a bit strange. But I not Tab futures expert. Im gunna give you and Big Bang a bonus point too for Jewels kickoff, as you created a guess game & Big Bang got it. Be super if we had a prize to play for. Ha very good & cryptic, outsmarted us ALL! Was taking a look at the Tab futures for Messenger, to see to check out their rankings. 1 thing I'm curious about how it works, just an observation & know people get busy, its next week Taylor Mile & they have Bad to Bone as 8th Rank @ $31. I see horse was exported to Oz early this year. Same owners, so maybe it might be coming back for it … ? Also Steel The Show 9th @ $31, 10th @ $67 Belmont Major , 10th = $67 Need You Know. Seems a bit unusual to me, unless they have confirmed with the trainers these South horses attending. (Not that familiar with futures). Messenger rankings are similar. Then hit on Jewels take Spirit, now he is Ranked 6th in ALL of them including Jewels, @ $13, however if you check out Spirits stake money this season & ranking on Jewels list he's going to be facing an uphill battle to qualify with clock against him. Suppose maybe a couple of placings in these racing could leap frog him ?? (don’t know stake money for them). As I said I don’t know how these futures work exactly. Any explanations? Not being factious. See no Pembrook P, he has been removed, but is in the Jewels futures 👍 Maybe they have called around & got the inside word, which then explains things but not really the Spirit Jewels ranking thing for me. Ill update Jewels page with latest 2y-os etc on weekend with 7 weeks to go and do the draw for everyone, everyone gets a horse in 2 races based on numbers so random. Points will go 12 points thru to 1. 12 for a win & 1 for last. Will add in the 2y-os points too & then calculate the winner. So a good idea to get ahead slightly by these bonus points up for grabs 👍

Been to lone star a couple times & walked by or thru the development a couple times & as said most recently, anyone I was with said positive things about it including myself. Obviously it is not completely finished & they don’t have all the commercial spaces rented, which of course with Covid would of made it more difficult. Placing COMPLETELY aside the financial aspect, don’t understand where negativity is coming from, solely basing on the complex itself - the look of it/style etc. (Maybe some can not seperate the 2). Of course it is subjective. Next time I go past or there, Ill try & think war torn, to look at it from that point of view, see how I go. Maybe I missed something.
