Chief, it is very true. We have been scammed big time by the BS! We lose more vulnerable people every winter from the flu, which Covid19 is aN influenza virus. There is no specific test that says that it is covid19, it just says that you have a virus! Ardern and Bloomfield have scared the crap out of many people and shows you how weak some people really are unfortunately. they wont say but the suicides and mental health Issues are starting to happen. We have had not one die from the virus without health issues But all basically on their last legs in dimentia rest homes that wouldve died this year. Poor Petes Dash has gone very good races at its last 2 starts! Had he been driven by a professional driver rather than a graduate driver Petes Dash would be very close to winning! Surely Denis will see the light and put a decent driver on Petes Dash! Although I believe he will be sitting in the stands for a long time shortly, as the Stipes have no choice

Has anyone heard from the HRNZ in regards to the shocker of a drive on Petes Dash? Surely it is an open and shut case, so why does it take so long, as it is not a damn court case? What could be a defence for such a shocker, and then another incident in the straight at Methven on the same horse and not mention!!!!!

Wonder why there is no mention whatsoever of Petes Dash cutting off Swap Over in the straight????? Clearly moved in without any concern for anything inside of it!!!!

Had an account with Beteasy as they took over Centrebet! Now Sportsbet has taken over Beteasy! Thing is I also had an account with Sportsbet, but they didnt like paying out if you were winning and I couldnt get a bet on harness racing after a few months!!!!! Ladbrokes Australia were just about the same, couldnt get much on at all, so closed the account! So now only got The Sportsbet account, and will be interesting to see if they are wanting punters now???

Another shocker! Seriously if Denis gets to keep his license then the RIU is just a joke. Another drive another poor drive! He sat parked and Petes Dash went huge, sticking on very well! In the straight, Denis moved inwards without checking and chopped off the horse along the passing lane! He will get done for that I would think? Denis, seriously, your horse is having his spirit broken by his runs he is being given! Sit in the stand and Put on a professional driver and your horse will win!!!!!!

To be fair, this has been happening for many weeks, that several horses have been shortened in and nothing at all lengthend! I didnt bother working out what the% was, as the TAB does what it wants to! Amounts able to be won is pitiful and when you do get on, they slash the odds several times, so it looks like there has been a big go on it! It can take a couple of hundred dollars on to basically halve a fixed price, both win and place! The TAB seems to want to drive punters away in big numbers, and they will achieve it bigtime!

Yes Richie, punting today is a real gamble, grass is long and many slow horses will be placed! Geez even the Spitfire ran 4th! Hard when there is no recent grass track form, and so the real one paced horses have their chance. Note the AllStars dont line their horses up as I believe it must be very taxing on the legs of horses when the track is slow!

The Brodster, still always on the money! If it was ever going to pay a dividend it was today! Sat in the trail, race run slowly and still couldnt finish off, and wouldve been 5th if Khal Drogo didnt gallop which is where I thought it would finish at best. If they went harder it wouldve been down the track! Yeah some will say it went good, but 49 starts no placings and the saga continues! Hopefully it proves me wrong just for perseverance!

Runners Chance? It is in the field and a great draw and probably trail, but can not see it in the money on the way it was flat out and Heavily whipped in the trial and just about the slowest last quarter of the day!

Happy, the things in Averos Spitfires favour is the one draw and Jonny Cox in the cart! You still have to have the ability and it will be reasonably hard going on the Methven track tomorrow! It was full out last Saturday and on the time it ran last Saturday it would finish 200 metres behind on what it will need to do tomorrow to win.

Laws are there to be changed, just like the whip rule that is being changed! Phil Holden says that he is going to be driving turnover on Harness Racing? Why is he not going into bat to improve harness turnover by having a word to the TAB to allow punters to be allowed to wager and advise the NzTAB that harness punters are not money laundering when they are collecting or betting $1k!!! If Holden allows these socalled rules that have been adopted, nothing surer is that the stakes distribution to harness racing will drop!!!

The horse may have won at the Methven trials but it was not impressive, went a slow last quarter and was driven harder than any other horse on the day, to win a trial? The odds the Bookies are offering at $7 and $2.30 is just blatant massive unders, for a horse that has never run a place in 48 starts!!!!!!! Brodie is on the money

You are probably right CP, it may well trail For Today! However, its race record Is diabolical and surely does not warrant being in work? Yes it is not a strong maiden field, but It is also not a strong horse. Yes it won at the trials last Saturday on the Methven track but the time it ran for the last 400m and being under sufferance from that point hardly gives me encouragement that it can go any quicker on Sunday, and it will need to by quite a lot! You have to realise that the driver wouldve been done for excessive use of the whip, had it been raceday, and it was onLy trials! There are others in the field that are just far better horses. From the draw if it trails and they dont go too quick in front, it could run 5th probably at best. Hopefully it does run a place, as it would put my statement that it wont run a dividend bearing placing at rest, however just can not see it! Go the mighty Spitfire!!!
