Why on earth would Mr Versteeg ask for the horse to be made unruly from the mobiles. The horse did nothing wrong tonight apart from not being fully up behind the mobile. So now it is going to be further behind and always going to settle down last! Mr Versteeg should either sell the horse or give it to another trainer and I am sure that it would then be winning!

The horse must get sick of going around. The horse can run abit, remember the night it bolted in over 2600m in a juniors race, cam from last. There is a reason that it isn’t winning and it starts with a “J”.

Do agree, punters are over the AllStar BS, but there is some good stuff on there but it is only after the AllStar show. Not sure who has decided that it should be all about the AllStars, are they sponsoring the show???

The mile racing at Alexandra Park is a borefest and if punters are investing on them, they clearly don’t follow racing closely. Of course a marketing manager is going to talk it up as he is the market8ng manager. He is hardly going to say that they have stuffed up! Auckland Trotting is totally stuffed and it is going to take a helluva lot more than programming boring mile races to get them out of the shite!!! If people are going to Alexandra Park it is not to watch the racing, it will be the socialising.

The joining of training with Mark Jones and Brendan Hill is going to be very interesting. Does Regan Todd remain in the mix with Mark Jones? Maybe it means that Mark is going to be spending most of his time in Oz!

You are correct Flag. So many standing start races have the unruly runners 20metres back from the frontline. Pushing shite uphill from there.

Fair enough but had little chance in that field CP. Who would’ve been backing it in that field and knowing that it would more than likely gallop? It will probably win at some stage but seriously had little chance today.

Must think it has a head start! Why would you line it up in a winners race rather than a maiden? be pretty certain to gallop around the first bend as it often finds horses out!

Happy, moons way shortened in from 71 to 41 but it wouldn’t take much to do this with the Bookies. can it win? Yes, if it started now! 90% chance of galloping.

Whiteman, wouldn’t say I was off the mark! I am aware that the AllStars have had very good trotters before but you would have to say that they have preferred to plunder the stakes in pacing races! Of course Icandoosit was pretty much a champion but the fact is that it appears that they are now looking to buy up the very best of the young trotters if they are available. Oscar and Enhance the Calm were clearly the 2 best 2 year old trotters and they bought them both. Hopefully they will leave some decent stakemoney for the other trainers!

Yeah Sundee Sun should’ve won and it was beaten when it galloped. Phenomenal run by Oscar Bonavena and the fact that the AllStars are now buying up the best young trotters is not great news for the trotting owners and trainers as they will be running for the scraps as with the pacers.

He trotted pretty rough early, then galloped going around the first bend. He was far too short against that field. Theodosia the winner had been going well.
