I agree with all of your points. I have no idea why clubs accept nominations of this horse. The horses status is recorded on the HRNZ computer as stood down so surely once its nomination is entered by a club, it should be immediately rejected by the computer. It is my understanding that Cam Jones will be facing charges by the RIU so I can't understand why he isn't stood down, rather than the horse

You are correct, but I think Jones will regret nominating the horse when he is fully aware of its status

Johnny Nevits is stood down by HRNZ and can't race until this status is changed either by an RIU hearing or a clearance is granted. Cam Jones other horses are not stood down so can race. I have no idea why Jones is nominating the horse because I am sure he understands that he can't race it.

His license is not restricted at the moment. He hasn't been charged with anything as yet, let alone found guilty

It's absolute rubbish and a slur on the character of all the honest, hard working trainers at Woodend. There is only one trainer under investigation at the moment and that's Cam Jones

It drew one on the second row, the horse starting from one on the front ducked outwards at the start and Colin defillippi drove down into the passing lane to get past it and take the early lead. Horses can only use the passing lane at the finish of a race

Ricky has unfortunately found it difficult to get drives since his return after his terrible accident. I don't know why, he seems to me to still have his outstanding ability as a driver.

In my opinion everything in this code of conduct is already coved by the rules of Harness Racing. Is it really possible to stop people posting or discussing negative opinions, Surely the only way to make progress is to act on negative discussion and correct issues which have resulted in negative opinions. If a persons opinion is not based on facts then surely it is possible to point out where a person is incorrect by stating the full facts

I see Harness Racing New Zealand have put out a new version of the propsed Code Of Conduct which would cover everybody involved in Harness Racing from owners to stablehands and everybody in between. What are the thoughts of posters on this site. Is it something that Harness Racing has a right to do. It is in effect placing restrictions on people involved in Harness and applying it on participants retroactively

There are still quite a bit of his frozen semen reatained but is no possible to use it. The rules were changed about 2 years ago so that once a stallion dies his semen may not be able to be used

That doesn't surprise me. Trolls seem to try to take over just about every chat site. I've never understood what drives people to be so negative and destructive when no one is aware of their identity
