Had no idea Debbie Henderson was in a Wheelchair?. Backed her quite a few times going back a few years when she was riding over the sticks.

Thanks for that. I did actually back Noble Express when he won the National all those years ago.

Pity weigh-in didnt have anything on this. We've had some pretty amazing female joçkeys over the years and Debbie Henderson winning the Grand National was an outstanding effort. Good on Oamaru Club for this raceday.

Yes, an excellent idea and great turnout. 

Does anyone remember Steph Faulkner ( Clark )  winning the Homeby Steeplechase as an apprentice?  Weighing all of 52 kg at the time I reckon.

Ah the Homeby,one of those jumps races i remember as a kid,that is now no longer.

She was a very good flat rider as well if I recall correctly. I seem to associate her with Clipper Run for Pat Corboy.
