Well that elephant has already escaped New Zealand circus for greener pastures. ELEPHANT won for Nz connections at Caulfield just  last Saturday lol......

And Mel Bracewell escaped too. !! (One of Chiefs 'Jacinda lookalikes'.) She's doing a new tele comedy/ current affairs entertainment show called THE CHEAP SEATS and she is so good at it.!!!  It's funny as !  Best show on tele. wonder if you get it in NZ.??

A North Island trainer would have to consider shipping their horses south sooner than later.

While strolling on social last nite, saw a post by Garrick saying something along the lines that Purdon will be sending his horses South due to Auks sito e.g. Belle of Montana, Bad to the Bone etc for NZ CUP prep.

No option really.  The next two months isn't going to be too good for North Island Harness Racing.

He can't be sick!  Wasn't his lack of form due to not being trained in Rolleston?

Don’t know what you are talking about Chief.

Im purely just passing on the latest update.

No Christchurch case reported today & sick horse is currently at Matamata seeing what is wrong, then home to rest.

No lack of form at all . Had a tipped out from stupid standing start (so can't count that)

Then a win followed by a 3rd and 4th to KING OF SWING and COPY THAT . bloody terrific form IMO.

If he was beating them , he'd be the Superstar of the Southern Hemisphere ?

Actually AMAZING DREAM (formerly of Rolleston) was doing exactly that !!. beating the King of Swing and Copy That .............. wink wink .  conspiracy is Brodsters demain Chief Stipey!! lol...., hope you aren't related .

Is great news that they say there is no positive tests in the South!

Shows how easy rumours are spread, lookout if they are  telling Porkies!!!!

I thought the RIU had caught everyone that would return a positive test?

Off the money again Young Brodie the Brent Spot Oil Price today at $66.78 where early July it was approx $76. You should be spending "On The Money"  self praise of yourself with some actual facts. Maybe an influential man like you should be getting on to the Oil Companies to lower their prices at the pump instead of burbling on about the TAB all the time. We would all love you even more - be kind.

Brent Crude back to $72.23 today.

Morena,

My source of information on "NZ City Finance" is telling me $67.81. The graph on there is interesting.

I don't anymore - that's why I religiously fact check.  Occasionally I err.  However I'm quick to admit when I got it wrong - rare that it is.

July Operational Performance

  • Net Profit (normalised) for the month was $15.1m, which was $3.1m above Budget.
  • Operating Expenses (normalised) were $10.0m for the month, which was $0.2m below Budget.
  • Full Year (1 Aug 2020 to 31 July 2021) Reported Profit (normalised) was $174.2m, which was $42.5m above Budget.

Full Year (1 Aug 2020 to 31 July 2021) Operating Costs (normalised) were $118.7m, which was $1.5m below Budget.

Highlighted piece is unaudited profit. Lets hope the TAB keep it up as its more to distribute to codes /owners and rest of racing community.

Over to you Cockwomble

Shows you how way out the "Budget" was!!!

@JJ Flash how does this compare to 2018-19?

PS:  Are you watching re-runs of your favourite children's shows or are you showing your juvenile side as the TAB NZ drum major?

Right on queue Cockwomble. Record NZTAB profit and you divert to  " the budget was wrong"

You are a clown and cant admit your wrong. . Again
