  1. Oh OK. Sort of got the quotes mixed up.
  2. Yeah but Cameron George is going to sort that out.
  3. Is that what I'm apologising for?
  4. A public apology for what? In lieu of actually knowing what has offended you I publicly apologise. What do you want @Karrots banned for? Yes I'm wrong and you are completely right.
  5. Would that then make him a "Keyboard Warrior"?
  6. I don't run a gaming service or a lottery. FFS there has only been one competition in about 3 years!!!!
  7. No. I can confirm any competition run on BOAY has not broken any NZ Gambling Laws and personally I have never gained any pecuniary advantage from those competitions.
  8. To be honest I would be embarrassed for any one to see my TAB NZ account. It has $5.63 in it at the moment. I like to keep some money there so I can watch the racing live. My betting activity revolves around the Bonus Bets that the TAB sends my way occasionally. If I win their money then I have a few $1 each way bets.
  9. Cool I'll stop whatever I'm doing and wait by the phone.
  10. Excellent news. Well that will free up some time for me. Can you post on BOAY what those specific breaches are?
  11. @whiplash smile in order to save time can you post which page of the TAB NZ betting rules is the rule that BOAY has broken? I can't be bothered reading again the full 278 pages. I did that a couple of years ago looking for minimum bet and takeout rules.
  12. What do lottery rules have to do with science?
  13. Because 90% of the posts don't reach the standard to be posted on BOAY. They are of a vile and abusive nature.
  14. Cool. Look forward to the follow up. If the result is negative will you pass the information onto Channel X and your mates Comic Dog and Molly?
  15. Don't let it worry you Karrots. I'm not worried about it.
  16. Go for it. Let me know how you get on.
  17. Well it isn't clear WHAT rules or WHICH department you are banging on about. You seem to be all over the place.
  18. Correct. Are you on a meth binge? Do you really think any authority is interested in a competition that attracted $30 to be spent on the TAB?
  19. Or fill your boots on this site: https://www.dia.govt.nz/diawebsite.nsf/wpg_URL/Services-Casino-and-Non-Casino-Gaming-Classes-of-Gambling BTW no participant in the competition was acting as bookmaker. The competition was using the wagering facility of TAB NZ which has the required license.
  20. No as no authorisation or license was required.
  21. What is the point @whiplash smile? What are you trying to achieve? Close BOAY down? Why?
  22. I'm sure the Defence Minister is very proud of you.
  23. So it has NOTHING to do with the IRD? I'm really don't understand what you are rambling on about. But there is NO law against a group of mates sitting around the table at home and deciding to have a competition for example - whoever drinks 3 stubbies the quickest get $10 to win on a horse of their choice. I then put that $10 bet on. It comes in and I owe the stubbie glutton the prize money. Are you saying that is illegal? I think you have BOAY confused with another Racing Forum. That type of competition hasn't been done here but I don't see it being any different to the betting syndicate I used to belong to many years ago. 5 members with a rotating turn at betting. Each weekend $100 to spend on bets which we put through our own individual TAB account. The bets for the weekend were sent out to all members. If a member doubled the $100 then they would go again the following weekend. Each member withdraw any winnings from their account on a Monday and deposited it into the Club's bank account. It was divided up at the end of each year just before Christmas. So if you want to waste your time complaining to the IRD, DIA and TAB NZ and any other authority over SFA then enjoy yourself. What you are trying to prove I have no idea. If you have a snitch on BOAY then I suggest you take yourself somewhere else.
  24. Rubbish. What TAB NZ rules were broken? NONE!
