  1. What are they? Is INCA real?
  2. Pretty good again Mooncoin. Webb was only a shot off.
  3. I think it closed down and all the girls ended up at twiggers in the 80s.
  4. And just to show it wasn't a fluke he does it again at Addington after being last. Things to note in the video: the mobile vehicle, the crowd on the rail, the whipping, Lord Module acting like Brodie with restrictions, and the coloured seats after the finish. Good times for all you oldies who can remember this era.
  5. How does Locarno beat that field after setting last on a turning track? What a soft drive on Lord Module!

    AB's Lineup

If one takes the middle ground between those 2 performances, there is confidence and concern. Reece is X factor, but I would like to see Reiko, in form (if that is possible), on the other winger as he is an X factor player too. Bridge is good but might fit the wing / fullback cover on the bench better than Jordie Barrett. I still think the forwards will struggle to gain dominance against SA, Ireland, Wales and England in the heat of battle so Squire and Retallick are needed to start. Savea off the bench at the start of the second half. Props will remain an issue against the big boys too. It was clear last night the ABs can't carry players past their physical prime as to win the world cup will require a controlled, yet fast tempo game that will suit the dry conditions of Japan. The Aussies will be suited by this too as they are garbage in the wet and always have been against NZ. I still favour the South Africans. Great front row with Marx, Big second row, Pollard to steer the ship and pace out wide. I reckon it is their turn, regardless if they lose to NZ in pool play.
  7. Tell your wife your 'love' for her is something you can't put in a box...as it is all around her. (About the same chance as Rusty's idea working but a lot more (in hindsight) than Doctor Tim's chances. Better surviving everyone.
  8. Right, what a poor day on the punt. No worries, There are gallops from Seoul I can bet into, and if that fails, I can go again at the Greyville gallops from South Africa at 10.30 tonight. I love the TAB for looking after failing punters like myself.
  9. What a tough run, thought it was going to hang for a placing but no. I had it in my place multis that were still going onto Ideal Rule. Maybe, just putting it out there, the punting gods dont' think ya missus deserves a present....?
  10. FAAARK....
  11. Took a long time to hook out down that straight. ?
  12. A 'BIG' season. That is where they win every Group 1 race in the season!
  13. Halfway through race 3, I thought Tom Martin was looking like the worst first starter hot pot I had seen for awhile. That soon changed. What a great run. How good will he be?
  14. All ears, boss.
  15. I will go with the All Stars stable. They are due.
  16. Friday's run would have taken the edge off the standing start....master plan! Who wouldn't want to win a Kurow Cup....does it give you automatic qualification into the NZ Cup? ?
  17. Seems a strange thing to do but why run him if they were not serious? Seems counter intuitive. I will see what he is paying closer to the race for the place as Franco Santino must be tough to beat.
  18. I like Ideal Rule at 9FF and 2.50FF in the last. It has been going well and seems good from a stand. If it can get handy I think it may have the last run against the challengers off 15m. And Dougie, if it all goes pear shaped tomorrow....offer yourself as a present...tell her what more could a lady want. (well, that is what I say when I forget to buy a present. Though ,it is not even a 50/50 chance to succeed, more like 1/99, but after losing beggars can't be choosers and it is all I have)
  19. No Doctor Tim, Dougie? I had a look at his history and saw he has coped with backing up in 2 days several times before. In fact, he has improved markedly with his second run inside 3 days.
  20. OMG, how close was that. Gutting. Good tipping.
  21. Inform the stipes, not stable, obviously.
  22. What? So, surely the stable is duty bound to inform the stable if Arcano had. Otherwise, it makes a mockery of the reporting system.
  23. Soon, you will see it weekly in races where the All Stars have a runner .
  24. FYI, as it has gone under the radar. Now he is 50, he is on the Senior European Tour after years away. Wasn't flash to begin with but a big second last start and -15 which takes some good golf and is in the Scottish open this week. Good luck, Cambo. Be awesome to see you compete in the senior majors in the next few years.
