  1. The #1 didn't mar in the Stewards ruling, thus it was charged with FTP (55.1b) Therefore the #2 must have marred and went without charge.... Wonder who the trainer of the #2 is.....
  2. https://www.grnz.co.nz/catch-the-action/13402/stewards-report.aspx FUNZALO (1) - In contact into first turn and unbalanced. Turned his head out to another runner soon after and was referred to the Vet and cleared. Was stood down for 3 months for a 2nd offence under Rule 55.1 b and is required to complete a satisfactory trial before next racing.BIGTIME COOPER (2) - in contact and unbalanced into first turn. Marred soon after and lost ground and was crowded into final bend and went back to the rear and stayed back. So why wasn't marring 55.1a charged? Watch Fridays Stewards report for the fake 21 or more day injury to turn up....
  3. Watched one replay from today & happened to pick this one.... So... Does the #1 get a holiday? Does the #2 get a holiday? Do both the #1 & #2 get holidays? Is GW the Steward of the day & they both get free passes?
  4. https://www.grnz.co.nz/catch-the-action/13401/stewards-report.aspx 5) Trainer J McInerney was charged pursuant to Rule 45.11 in that he presented PRINCELY GOLD (race 7 #1) 1.6 under it's previous racing weight. As this was Mr McInerney's fourth charge within the preceding 120 days this is referred to the JCA Yes, the 4th charge in the preceding 120 days & about they 15th charge in the proceeding 365 days. Serial offender that needs the emergency brake put on him..... What would happen in the real world to someone guilty of say shoplifting 4 times in 120 days?

Still registered to race, therefore GRNZ hasn't received a death or re-homed certificate. Maybe he'll be turning up the Stud list! The same can be said (for now) about Goldstar Hudson.

Because LP's took things as they were given too, or taken away from them, then complained about the change after it was etched in stone. The "Were going to pay more peanuts for 4th place finishes & you're going to lose what little power you had going forward" sort of thing... Good deal for all aye? Why were the clubs all but silent when they gave away all their power to GRNZ? Why is the RIU now supplying the race day Vets? Why don't the LP's have a "voted in" rep on the board? Why does headquarters now have 12 people on the books? https://www.grnz.co.nz/about-nzgra/meet-the-team.aspx What good has come from a 50% increase in staff from only 3 or 4 years ago? We have roughly the same number of races per year. We have roughly the same number of registered dogs. So what benefit have 4 additional people added to the code? No matter how many desks they can fit in headquarters, they'll still all stick their heads in the sand the day the next lot of live baiting photo's turn up. The list continues & continues....
  7. Had another look at this race & found a priceless still in it, that the professional couldn't seem to find. Nearly a carbon copy of Timmy Trumpet not marring Arya Stark, at Palmy a few years back.
  8. The only avenue the RIU has to pursue someone that is not an LP, is Crown Law. An entirely different set of rules & criteria for a prosecution. If a police car turns up for a chat I'll consider chatting. If the RIU caped crusaders ever turned up, they will quickly learn they are not welcome here.
  9. Someone might as well make a complaint to the RIU about me.... I'm nearly always complaining about them!

Doesn't seem a change in trainer worked out very well in this case. https://www.grnz.co.nz/catch-the-action/13396/stewards-report.aspx 5). GOLDSTAR HUDSON ( J McInerney) - stood down for 12 months and pending a satisfactory trial for Marring in Race 4. A 1 year life sentence for it's third offence & only 3 career starts... Nice aye? Talk about greed. Luckily it only got the chance to ruin the racing career of 21 other competing dogs during race day starts.
  11. Any guesses on how many days stand-down will magically be required for BA tomorrow night in Wanganui, after she is represented to a crooked CD vet under the watchful eye of a crooked Steward?
  12. Replay not yet available... Stewards report is... https://www.grnz.co.nz/catch-the-action/13395/stewards-report.aspx BLAZIN' AUDREY (5) - contact for a distance after the start. Shifted off heels first turn. Turned head inwards in the final straight and shifted in making solid contact with TALKABOUT MISSY for a distance with both runners becoming unbalanced. Veterinary examination revealed grazes on all four legs with a 5 day stand down imposed. Subsequently stood down for 3 months and the completion of a satisfactory trial under Rule 55.1b failing to pursue the lure 2nd offence.
  13. It's the Chiefs site. He has the power to invent as many words as he'd like too. Politically, I much prefer a combination of both Red & Blue.

I'd still like to find out how Sasha Mcbell raced its first 100 or so races as a dog, before becoming a bitch for the remainder of its career. https://www.grnz.co.nz/greyhounds/profiles.aspx?AnimalID=30810 How many identification checks would it have passed in 100+ qualifying trials & races under its belt, never to once be looked at too see if it had hanging down bits or not between its back legs? That's the state of "integrity" in the code for the last few years.

He's still registered to race, so expect too see him rounding the track soon!. https://www.grnz.co.nz/greyhounds/profiles.aspx?AnimalID=30810

    Bring back Hesi

Then it's confirmed. RC tops BOAY in at least one category. I just knew it had to be leading the way at something to warrant its existence.
  17. GW must have had tired eyes last night, after spending the last week or so traveling the globe (well NZ anyway) to provide his professional services at various venues, enforcing integrity within the code. From last night, Race #12... #4 wearing the dreaded blinkers... Where it going out of the boxes? Wanting out? Nope, didn't want out at all. Wanted to play a game of doggy pinball with the #7. Initial contact was made, then the two dogs bounce off each other. Then the #4 decides it's time for a bit of hide & seek with his new playmate. Oh there you are, I found you! GAZZA'S GIRL (4) - began awkwardly and shifted out making contact and settled at the rear. Forced wide into the bend but ran on well for 5th place.BIGTIME BRONX (7) - bumped and unbalanced when the start was made and settled back. Forced wide into the bend but recovered to finish 4th. Entire video replay.

Keyboard warrior Charles still doesn't give a toss. How about providing some proof for all your claims, the same sort of proof you ask everyone else to provide?
  19. Remind me please, what place was it in when it crossed the winning post? Hopefully we don't have to see how fast it is, ever again. The dogs it didn't kill yesterday weren't quite as fast down the backstretch. However, they really never got the chance to get going. They had a sideways animal between them & the lure.

Here's a fact (official record) that doesn't support anyone's argument on the subject thus far. https://fasttrack.grv.org.au/Dog/Trainer/-586480
  21. Now that the RIU doing the hiring/overseeing of the race day vets, surely there are either no checks in place or they are simply ignored. The RIU are the blind police to uphold integrity with-in the code, which they fail miserably at. How do you think Godber would do investigating those under his direct charge? He would have been the person to appoint GW as the top dog within the code. How's that gone for the last 2 or 3 years? I've been one of the fly's in the RIU's ointment for 3 or 4 years now, pointing out their shortcomings to officialdom within GRNZ. Patients for me has been very trying, but I firmly believe change is finally in the air.
  22. Yes, today's stand-down should be 3 months & it will be changed by tomorrow or GRNZ email inbox will be hearing from me, yet again.
  23. One further note for GRNZ & the RIU.... Even though this dog has never had 10 clear "consecutive" runs in its lifetime, its run on 16/10/18 should not be classified as a clear run in the count back, as initially the dog was CHARGED before the vet did the connections a huge favour by finding an injury that wasn't there in the first place. Fake injuries are "favours" to connections of a dog, at the expense of a largely increased potential risk to dogs it will race against in the future and misleading information to punters who ultimately fund the sport.
  24. Initially stood down for FTP on 31/7/18. Charged a second time on 16/10/18, but received a 21 day stand down for an injury that wasn't actually incurred. ATTN GRNZ & RIU - these "fake" injuries (to over-ride a FTP charge) need attention if integrity is to be upheld in the sport. Lucky this dog didn't cause serious injury or death to any of the other dogs today on the track. If it had killed a dog I had owned, I would have considered shooting the villain myself. The mongrel needs to be gone from the track & to some caring family with a comfy couch. It'll have a very happy life playing with people. Go fetch!
