Trackside is going downhill fast. The first day at Nelson you couldn't even see the 20m horses at the start on some races and in the straight horses out wide or near the back missing from the coverage. Complete bunch of no hopers giving the camera guys instructions. Zoom out and let us see our horses we have backed you morons.
Should be the leader in the race on a leaders bias track. Wouldn't have to improve much to win this. Fergalicious looks the obvious danger in the trail. Old Oak Emma and Robbie Close might have the speed to cross early.
It might be too late for North Island harness but only chance is set up a grass track just outside Auckland. I might have a bet on a big grass track field but I am with Brodie on the small fields. Hard to get excited about them and not that enjoyable for punting.
Gemma is too honest and hasn't fully grasped that the stewards take almost any excuse going hook line and sinker.
The Dexter Dunns and Blair Oranges would have said "I was having trouble steering him and thought he might break if I pushed him"
Stewards Reply: Drivers explanation was noted and the driver was warned to make more effort next time in that situation
You can. I take several trips a year and via some crafty software it is quite easy to fool the TAB into thinking I am still at home. They can not stop it and never will. Their only consolation is half the punters do not know how to beat the Geo blocking when overseas.
Yep allowed to win $2K on the win. Place punting I am lucky to get on through account. At the TAB no issues but anything over $250 in one go there is a delay while they think about it and sometimes get declined. Easier to get the girlfriend to put it on in $50 lots a few minutes apart, it saves a lot of hassles.

Feel for connections as the foals out of this mare would have been worth a fortune in the coming years.
That's just my point. The race to race stipes reports raise more questions than answers half the time. Favourites driven to have no hope in winning but half baked excuses why they were not put in the race are accepted almost every meeting. Inconsistencies with inquiries where some get relegated or fined and others do not for the same offence. Questions asked as why horses perform out of the blue are a complete waste of time and mostly the answer is obvious and does not need questioning while others that look much more suspicious are not asked at all. I have no confidence in this area of the industry at all.
And round and round the merry go round we go. They still not dealing with it! There will be another operation inca and you will still be saying the same thing next time around.
You will not get a lot of participants saying good job to a failed investigation that cost the industry 10s of millions of dollars all for nothing. The only good thing that came of it was to expose the RIU's hopeless shortcomings as an investigative unit.
Seems I was bang on with this comment from 5 years ago. As well as dragging the sport into disrepute these bastards have tarnished the reputations of quite a few people along the way.
