State or Federal? How much? My understanding is much more is taken from the industry in terms of taxes than is given. The reverse is true in NZ where the industry doesn't operate on a level playing field with other businesses.

The fact is no one really knows as they have different impacts on different horses and over different distances. The point with Redzel is he has always worn them so in terms of assessing his performance against the Everest field they are irrelevant.
