Agree totally about anybody on the jca betting unless they excuse themselves from any involvement in judicial matters pertaining to any race they bet in.But from what you are saying Brent seems to be gambling in every race .No different to Drivers etc betting.

Has actually been like that since they shortened the straight.It tightened the corner and if backmarkers try to o wide bfore or on bend it almost like they actually end up another 2 carts out,watch Sam Ottley in the last 3 races,All seemed to lose their way when trying to come from the back

Bet of the day has to be Adam Patron @2.20 in race 5.Trial and workout form has since been franked and is ready to strike R1 Eja Patron with my old mate Deane Stapleton aboard went good last start and with recent racing should be fit and ready,Driver doesn't lack confidence R4 Fekitoa is very consistent and couldn't get a nicer group of guys that are racing it.Broke last start and went back to last ,came home very well.Will need best manners though R7 Gold Ledger for a place @$9 place.From good stable and wasn't disgraced first run

I think you both are arguing different points and I agree with you both.The bookies read the market and it ended that they had the price right.Brodie ,like me,read the race and realised that the bookies and the tote punters had this horse way unders.All things being equal I believed it was a $12 shot in that field but the punters obviously thought otherwise and lost.

Mate it goes on all the time,or do you think every horse in every race is being tried to its best.I used to love them trips and hanging out with the oldtimers telling stories about the 50s and 60s.Cheating was much worse back then.Felix Newfield and Derek Jones used to tell some great stories about horses being set up,wheels being flattened and all sorts of rorts.Of course no trackside and the likes back then to televise anything..Some were probably a bit stretched but involved some great trotting men.

Yeah there were a few rorts on the Nelson/Blenheim circuits in the late 80s early 90s,I used to love going up there with the stable horses.Was so easy to set a horse up for a bet back then.Hug the rails first day nd not get a run finish nearly last and then win by 3 lengths 2nd day.

I can see your point but don't agree with it.No different to horses that get fed differently to other stables or any other variables that may affect a horses performance.Should we know which ones worked well and which ones cleaned up their tucker,which ones didn't.Which ones got new shoes ,which driver had the flu so may not be feeling 100%.If trainer been at stables all time or if they been on holiday.If trainers wife been shagging or drinking with another stable drivers. I think gold injections,that are being used by other trainers, should be more notifiable than ACS But that is just my opinion and I know some on here just look for any opportunity to put the boot into All Stars stable,even though their trainer and stable drivers been outed the last week. I do eventually think that ACS will have a stand down period,just because of the wrong perception by some industry leaders about it, but at the moment it just as legal as feeding oats.
