Yes and I understand that Reefton, I'm more generalising, these guys are meant to be mentors, blokes and gals that the kids look up to, when your role model does what Bosson and Sam W did, and back then Vinnie and M Walker what chance does the up and coming kid have. I knocked MRC down at Wanganui, we had two in the race, I copped a suspension, MRC and Deac gave me hell, not for days, but for weeks, I took it on board, there was NOT the level of carelessness and recklessness then like there is now, can you tell me why? If you remember, Hugh Bowman and Tommy Berry caused terrible falls over here, one, the death of a horse and ending a jocks career and the other a death of a horse, they received a smack on the wrist in the big scheme of things, and the fallen jock [Corey Brown] seems almost conciliatory toward the offending rider, so God alone knows where racings heading. I thought Corey would have taken Tommy through the civil courts and maybe still will? do you think any of Bosson's victims would have prosecuted should they have been permanently maimed last Saturday? The only way to curtail this barbaric riding is to exit them for extended time, and massive financial imposts, it wont be long until we witness an event so bad that racing will be front-page news, but for all the wrong reasons......

You didn't read, but for you again, Grafton heavy is the equal of a 7 over there, our lass ran 1-11 and change, and yet a 1-12+ on a slow 6 here on the Coast, the rail being out to buggery effected the times, but point being, we are yet to see her on a bog. She ran 5th in 1-21+ in a Cl1 to a horse that won again next start, however she jarred up, running that time 2nd up 12 days after winning her maiden first up was a tad beyond her, hopefully she can measure up to midweek city class.

Don't know if she can handle a bog, no problem with rain effected though.

Nah Huey, a Flying Spur mare Leon MacDonald and Grahame Begg trained for us, the Spurs aren't known for their prowess on heavy decks either.

I know what you do when you have to get out, we had a pre-training and breaking centre at Woodend [VIC] back in the 80's, middle of bushfire country, we were well schooled in what to do, we had 30 boxes and 100 acres, if we needed to, we had plan A, and Plan B......not Plan .....fuck we need help......like this mob.
