  1. The irony is Chief, he's labelled quite a few, he's not been sued for liable yet [as far as I know] and some of the things he says against the trot people in particular are astonishing, yet, no-one has taken him to the cleaners, if its' all bullshit and lies then for everyone's sake he should be stopped.....but he's going at it stronger than ever......
  2. You would think a church would be the last place to segregate wouldn't you? Unfortunately it happened during the world wars also, what a failed species we really are, no wonder my border collie looks at me with wonder in his eyes, wtf he must think, then again, a lot of humans look at me and think that I reckon.
  3. Unless you're the 'main attraction''!
  4. Why would he have headlined it? He lives in Cairns, something isn't kosher either the RIU are up to no good [happens] or there is someone leaking at the source [go figure].
  5. Gee, there might be something in what was being posted here in Oz regarding 'happenings' at that beach......eh Chief?
  6. Give yourself an uppercut.
  7. Maybe not go to church on Sunday? Go Monday instead, break the week up a bit.
  8. He's been in the industry since Moses played full forward for Bethlehem. You'd think by now he would have garnished considerable support, as I said I agree with most of his postings, but he's closer to it than I, we pulled 14 horses from the system over there, thats putting our case isn't it? and wrote to the fools at NZTR and told them so....and why!!! If others followed suit, or instituted their own protest then racing admin would have to take notice.....or they'd have no job, .......Brian States facts, well the stakeholders need to act on those facts, and Brian knowing as many people as he does surely could do more.......he doesn't want to, obviously, he's probably over it all....like hundreds of us, unfortunately in doing what we did certain trainers lost out financially, and we hated doing that, but NZTR were sending us to the poorhouse, while gobbling their obscene, disgusting salaries....and we [Missus and I ] aren't Robinson Crusoes......I've had my say, and it's my opinion....FWIW.
  9. IMO De Lore's a paper tiger, whilst I agree with most of his musings he has no traction at all, nada, zilch, nothing ever happens, it just rolls on, and on and on and on and on....nothing will ever happen, the Cartel runs racing there we all know that, what they say goes and Saundry is an overpaid buffoon that was adept enough to realise, take the fools money and run.....the times come to run and you'll see a pale, stale little male run like Usain Bolt.......next please......
  10. You guys have forgotten Rabies! I know some candidates for that.
  11. They traded whilst technically insolvent, they are capable of anything, well nearly anything, other than running a successful business that is.
  12. They can re-heat a mean sausage roll though!
  13. way back in March we leased our last racehorse to the trainer and a synd he formed, we are getting invoices for noms at Foxton trials in July despite our numerous emails to them explaining they look at the lease.......today we get an account serving us with penalties and interest........they are so incompetent words are wasted, any thoughts we had of racing another one are smmmaasshhhedd........a Kiwi trainer loses because of this behaviour.
  14. Very young, strong and enthusiastic, how refreshing is that, when you look at Petone, pale, stale and failed males it makes you wonder, ponder, just what #couldhavebeen I hope you write that paper, the South Island is so different than the North, may as well be two different countries, shame really, common sense, innovation, passion and not a cartel in sight, ''building back stronger' to plagiarise OZ Labour's new catchphrase, just might happen if the SI band of brothers/sisters unite Reefton, bloody good luck to you.
  15. make it a double barrel job, anything less than a 38 caliber just wont do it.
  16. Oh just shoot me
  17. I knew you'd get it.
  18. As I said, I don't understand you, I've named track after track that is self sustainable, they don't need horses in work to make it work! Ballarat created an entirely separate training facility, so to did Cranbourne. Pakenham sold their old track and created an entire racing precinct, but it's miles from the CBD......city is vastly different to provincial, but the fact remains, you don't need horses in training to sustain a viable and prosperous race track.......so many tracks in America have a casino attached to the course, their prize money subsequently has increased and racing in the States is doing well......over and out!
  19. I don't understand Chief, Caulfield will have no horses training there, M Valley didn't need horses in training to survive, it was the most profitable of all the tracks in MEL and Canterbury in SYD does ok without horses in work, Doomben has SFA horses working each day, in fact the horses wouldn't pay the wages of the track staff there, they survive and derive income from conferencing, weddings and events, I don't know of any track anywhere that is dedicated to racing, the Events Centre at Flemington is amazing, Trentham should have done better, the lunacy isn't exclusive to Petone. Diversify or perish.
  20. Yeah, but cars run on bitumen, not grass.
  21. Ah, you need to get out more, The've never trained at Sandown, well from 1970 when I lived in MEL, and from it's conception I'm sure, same as M Valley and I lived a stones throw from the track, and Caulfield is a public heath, the centre of the track belongs to the public from 10am each day, no horses there anymore, but the track will remain and will need to be maintained......
  22. Moonee Valley, Sandown and now Caulfield, no training facilities at all, its the New World Order.......
  23. Why don't the airheads at the Taj get you in as a 'consultant'? All the experts have failed, those agri scientists, so what have they got to lose? Nothing like a hands on experience, get off their arses and head up to Foxton and they just might learn something, shame Tony Lee hasn't had a word in their ear, he should bloody well know!
  24. Classic
