Anyways , the girls up front were terrific with Sam O , Kimberley B and Sheree nearly running the Trifecta. 3 Mares did run the trifecta, (Freya 3rd) with the Quinella going to the Ladies team in the BOAY challenge and 14 points . with Rush and Paige running very well indeed 1st and 2nd. Chief gets his 3rd x 4th Placing in a row , so another 2 points with 'Master Class'. Race 3 result Trotters 2 year old Sires stakes. group 1 for Brent Lilley and Blair Orange as Kyvalley Ray sits parked and grinds em' down . it's 8 points for The Galah and Gamma. Petite Armour trots well for 2nd as John Dunn tries to win it from the top , but is run down late. Who's Ya Daddy a solid 3rd for the Brodster. 4 points for him. He's gunna be right in their face at some stage 🤣. won a mile here by 6 lengths in 1.55 after the Interdominion so doesn't mind a shorter trip . Go Gussy Baby !! 😅💰

well you were very close Mikey. we had Carter and Grant right up the front controlling things and looking very good. but did cancel out. 5 and 6. With one hell of the BIG Looongg swoops by any horse to win a NZ Cup. for a whole lap lol. 👍 Kingman up outside them pouring it on down the back. I've been saying to the Galah for a while it is the stock standard Aussie open class way these days . they up the anti completely down the back straight (as GUS did in the Big trot today too) nearly always running the second last quarter faster than the last all the time these days. Leap To Fame perfected the technique. won nearly all his races like this. Luke Mc Carthy not missing a beat though. Won the Interdominion last year with DON HUGO with the same tactic , and was making sure KINGMAN was going to be right on the scene today in the NZ Cup at the last half. great effort to still get home first being 3 wide for a lap of Addington. a fabulous win by KINGMAN .top draw stuff.

But bet Nathan Williamson wishes he still had him instead of ''Hidden Talent' at 150-1 in today's race. He could get a Group 1. with horses like Gus GUS had won for him at his 2nd race start after losing about 100m at the start. was a huge run at Wairio I think it was. They should of put on the NOT For SALE sign and enjoyed some Big wins after that . Pete McMullen works very hard with a large team and richly deserves Group 1 success anyways. bitterly cold up there . 7 degrees today in Stockholm but just 0 night and day from Saturday . Canada will host the next World Drivers Championship in 2027. Bitterly cold most of year there too. They often race the trots while it's snowing on them when you see the pictures from Woodbine Ontario on Sky. Better send a driver from Southland ? maybe a Williamson or something next time for NZ. Getting trotting going here in Queensland was part of my life accomplishments i'm very very proud of. GUS has a big job to try and down the best trotters of New Zealand , but give him some 'McShane' vibes for an upset . and we'll be smiling.

The Canada races you see on 'Sky' from time to time are actually very good quality. with nice Pacers and trotters. The Europeans weren't the greatest with the pacers in this series which is understandable as they drive nearly 100% trotters. The vastly experienced Gary Hall Jnr 🇦🇺 for Australia, able to cope very well and ran a fine second for this World Championship driving some great races . congrats to All the participants for a great show !! especially JMac with the win 👍🏆🇨🇦

The first 4 from the Interdominion Trot Final at Brisbane are going around in the time Honoured DOMINION Trot as well. Fantastic. I tell ya what a FIRST4 the same as Brisbane might not be Far off the money at all. Worth a look as would be good value today . They finished ARCEE PHOENIX 1st, BET N WIN Nz 2nd, OscarB Nz 3rd, and GUS 4th. I'm gunna take the same again lol 👍💰

Come on Chief . you Know there's more to it than 'Bloodlines' . Grimson got a very poor performing NZ Bettor's Delight named Betterzippit from NZ a couple of years, back then promptly won 5 out of 6 including 1/2 million in one go on a tight foreign WA track . once his magic wore off the horse couuldn't get didley squat. Has won 4 races having around Mildura and obscure places like that this year with a mug trainer these days lol. Grimson's Offsider , the NZer Jack Trainor is STIll out DQed with 2 positives. That sounds like RED flag time Chief lol. Grimson has had to behave himself and quite a few horses form fell off the board accordingly. As far as Mitchell Dawson 'Instant' improvement goes , I never mentioned PED. I reckon I know what he's done but can't put here as like you say , theres' No Proof. Just uses fast horses ? lol. The Mitchell Dawson 'show' continued last night with his 3 runners right on the money. But How do you beat a trainer going 1.50 miles with Country class horses ? ANSWER/ bring in the BIG Guns 😎 . Race 1 last night at Albion 'Leader' Peter quite happy to hand up the lead a lap out 🤣😉, to the flying 1.50 improved wonderhorse 'BOLD MEDLEY JUJON' . and peels off it's back in the home straight and takes him down in 1.49.3 . low flying. there was 10 lengths back to the others. Pete McMullen confirms how good he is training with NZ three year old FERNCO NEL to a blistering 1.49.3. These aren't even Metro class horse yet ?? 😂. this was a 'Qualifying race' to get them into Metro class racing (for the better prizemoney) Fastest Quallies every run in history I think. only a 3 year-old too. near track record. 1.49.3 !! good grief that was 3 seconds faster than the FFA later in the evening. FOOTNOTE : straight after in race 2 the ex-pat NZer young trainer Trent Lethaby from Canterbury won race 2 , narrowly defeated another 'Miracle Mitch Dawson trained improver 'BIGGER THE BETTOR' who could only win One maiden in NZ at Manawatu in about 20 starts. BIGGER THE BETTOR winning 5 of 13 here and 5 narrow 2nds in 1.53 last night. is jumping out of the ground now , after those dark NZ days. Trent Lethaby's girlfriend is Pete McMullens young sister Taleah . so She steered the NZ bred horse 'Tremendous Sensation' brilliantly to knock off the Mitch Dawson horse. well done Taleah ! Mitch got some revenge for his 2 narrow Second placings , getting his "Much Improved' mare ZAHRA LOU , to win the Mares Quallie at the end of the night in very quick time by 4 lengths. (1.52.7 the same as the FFA lol ) Go Mitch !!
