  1. Lock your wives up. Different meaning to my respect. Hj
  2. that's the bloke alright!!! Hj
  3. Judging by the posts here everyone in the industry knows all about it? Hj
  4. I was told it was covered up to protect the kids, from a family member. Via text. Pretty delicate with kids involved losing their mother. Hj
  5. I believe the main culprit is now involved with nsw stipes? Hj
  6. Small world really what? So if Tommy tells his cousin ( my mate) in Colyton nsw, to back a horse and cousin tells me, should I give evidence? Hj
  7. I just remembered he was helped to hide evidence by 1 of the chch stipes as well. Truly despicable. Hj
  8. I draw the line there. Maybe my I pad but never a phone. hj
  9. Agree, it's a hard one. Charge or not? Committee decision in the end. Motukarara is normally a family orientated day with sideshow type of stuff going on. I love the mot and how they do it. Osh are a bit funny with roping off stable area though? Last time I watched Motukarara the TV the cars were way down the home turn. Always packed at Xmas. Hj
  10. Haven't been to rangiora for few years but you don't have to pay to go in on the course , but you can have a picnic on the outskirts of the tracks. I guess it's how frugal you are. ? Hj
  11. Riu are a joke. Remember the riu guy that was screwing the trainers wife under the pretense of training her to join the riu.? Get rid of the useless a holes. Hj
  12. Motukarara have been charging for years. I took a bus load out there about 5 years ago. From memory it was $10 a head but the club when I rang them posted me out about 40 free entry. We were all punting. We got race books at arrival as well. I guess it's how you approach stuff. I don't pay to go to the races, I bluff my way in with me knowing a president or committee member. IE, Barry Ford left tickets for me in the office. Works at kaikoura. I know Barry and Heather. BTW. Hj
  13. Don't forget the cheats as well, it puts me off, even though I get "free" bets via texts. I have stopped betting on the trots. As you say like yesterday all the big money going to one barn. Once the one I'm involved with is done I'm done with the trots. I'll try a galloper. Hj
  14. Everybody has the snout in the trough, so no change here. Hj
  15. If this is about the cup day debacle I applaud the man. Is the boss still making excuses? Do they read these boards? Maybe they just don't care? Hj
  16. The guys been involved with a few trainers, gets around a bit too. I don't back him at all. Hj
  17. She's known here as the kommandant. LMAO. Hj
  18. Guilty as charged. Hj
  19. Robin alfeld was my nemesis on the field and athletics. Some good players came out of Hornby. Brendon tuuta one of the best . My brother had some "dealings" with crequers sister. Hj
  20. It's a fine line the whipping law. I hate it. One of my first experience was at the workouts/trials. A known good driver got off our mare and said chop it's head off, it's no good. She went on to win a race and the driver never drove any of my others. Another driver who was good? Left some serious welts across it's arse, he never drove for me again. So I'm prolly a bit choosey, my call isn't it? Hj
  21. No blue magic or milk shaking involved , and note that thornley never seen often before the stewards. Hj
  22. That will be sad news when I tell my wife that. She loves richie. Lol. Hj
  23. Not really a fan of all blacks, bought up in hornby so I played league for hornby. I was pretty good on the wing as well. Hj
  24. They used the good guys to drive, I got to have a say as well. Cj and CD thornley honest enough for you,? I gave junior drivers a chance as well. Hj
  25. There plenty of honest trainers out there. One of my first experience the trainer was what I'd say was dodgy, I never went back. Don't know what your inference to mccaw has to do with it?? Hj
