I buy from 2 suppliers Beef. $21 kg eye fillet, I buywhole fillets. Also halal $17 kg porterhouse. I buy whole strip. Horse fees has been covered on another thread. I'm currently in a syndicate with a harness horse. $180 for 10% share. Veges here are ridiculous but I still pay. Agria potato here I get from the farm 10 kg $7 Bulk is always best. I had a better strike rate than that. Good broodmares by good sires, and go to good proven sires, not the cheap ones. I stopped at the right time. Good proven trainers help as well. Hj

An update from my friend. On said horse. It's been sacked and she has bills saying it attended trials and hitouts recently. With vet and farrier bills included as well. Still, nowhere near as bad as that maggot Kerr. Hj

I know of one trainer who has 10% in horses for $160 a month. They are IMHO good honest trainers. I used to pay $700a month cash for whole horse years ago. About 10 years ago. Just saaaaying.
