  1. I will get over the fact that you made accusations and wouldn’t take up Brodie’s challenge! Why was that Newmarket? Because you are well aware of the situation or you would want the 20k!,,
  2. Newmarket, I am not a dreamer! You doubted my integrity and when I offered you a chance for you to profit and for me to prove what I say is correct you backed down!!!!! I can get bets on Newmarket, I have never said I can not! What I have always said is that they are heavily restricted, and yet we get this broadcasting of these so-called big bets over Trackside! I have already tried overseas agencies and same type of results! As I have said previously I don’t do it for the money but rather the challenge, and if you knew me Newmarket, you would know that to be the case! Dont question my integrity again and have a great year!!!!
  3. CrossCodes, she broke because she was under pressure and could not accelerate as quick as the pacers were going!!!!!! Not sure why any driver would have handed up,to the trotter in the first place, but she would have finished last anyway even if she hadn’t broken! I am pleased that you think I am an expert!
  4. You are just trying to put us off the point Newmarket! If you beleive what you just wrote then take me up on the challenge, but you won’t because you know that Brodie is correct! If your mates punt big, then they are known losing punters and bet In a different way to me! As I said I did not invest for awhile and only a few times over the holiday period. If you don’t believe me then why are you not interested in making an easy 20k? If you can not afford the 20k then make it 10k?
  5. I went from Centrebet, to William Hill and then to Beteasy.
  6. I started with Centrebet which then became William Hill and now is Beteasy! I was unable to get bets on any harness racing after a time with Sportsbet and pretty quickly with Ladbrokes Aus. Dont know about Beteasy now because I am not bothering!
  7. Newmarket, you questioned that I am limited to a maximum netting of 1k per bet! You questioned that I have been limited in Oz, where I have said that 2 betting agencies would not take my bets! Brcause you challenged my integrity, the challenge to you is for 20k, for me to prove to you of my restriction on account and agencies previously and bets over the holiday! Are you up for the challenge or not, there is no BS at all!? If you are not up for it, then just say so, but do not doubt my integrity again!
  8. The challenge is 20k, anyone can take it up if they want! I am still awaiting Newmarket to respond!!
  9. Are you up for the challenge or not Newmarket???? As for the worst punting record on here, not sure where you get that from? Are you on or are you out?????
  10. Newmarket, I did go a fair period without having a bet including time when I was overseas! I repeat I have been refused by 2 Oz agencies from wagering! i have a Beteasy Account Open which I don’t use as it was transferred to that from a previous agency that I was restricted on! As for NZ I have tried a few times over the holiday period and been restricted each and every damn time. I reiterate if you doubt that I am telling the truth, I am putting up 20k for,you to match and if I am telling porkies then you collect the $20k! Are you up for the challenge Newmarket, if not Newmarket then Do not damn well come on here and insinuate that I do not tell the truth! I await you acceptance of my challenge to you!
  11. What on earth is confusing Ranga? Are you wanting to take up my challenge then???
  12. Beteasy has become a n entity that has bought several betting agencies! I can tell you now that I have been refused by two betting agencies in Oz of being able to put bets on harness racing!!! Yes I have not been investing like I previously have, but I have tried a few times over the holiday period and everytime my wager has been reduced to netting of $1k! Now Newmarket, if you do not beleive me then I am prepared to put up say $20k to prove that I am indeed restricted to this amount! Please respond whether you are prepared to, take up my challenge in NZ!!!!! I find it a bit offensive for you to question my honesty!! I await your response!
  13. Why can we not lump on large amounts wanting to find value ? Because the TAB wants to restrict us!!
  14. I wouldn’t guarantee that Happy! I beleive that with the TAB Bookmakers offering far shittier odds than what they used to, it has made Punters make far more riskier or dumb bets! Yes of course the horse probably would’ve won if it began well and they wanted to win but basically risking $4;500 to double your money first up from the stand wasn’t great value in my very humble opinion! Thing is that the Bookies won’t take big place bets now and seems to have a limit of $1000net win before they kill the odds! They need to grow some really!,,
  15. Didn’t look, like they wanted to win for some strange reason? Had an opportunity to come off a lap from home but just sat! That is why you will not make money by punting hot favourites like that, and that includes following the AllStars stable!
  16. Thought the same Happy, but did seem a bit of a silly bet for the reward! Trainer wasn’t overly confident as well!
  17. Fair enough but it is subsidised!
  18. Fair enough but I think you are living in desperation if you are a trainer thinking a 13 year old trotting mare will be competitive against pacers though! With it starting it does make for a 3rd tote div. I suppose but it won’t make any real difference as no one should be backing it! Not too sure why you would bother taking the poor, old thing off your property to run for the sheer hell of it? How can running these 4 races be of any worth to the harness industry ?
  19. I note that Above The Rest the 13 year old mare is lining up in the 3rd race for harness at Tauherinikau tomorrow! It is only a small field but you would, wonder what the owner trainer and driver are thinking really wouldn’t you? Unless all the field falls over there would be no chance of the horse being that competitive when it is a trotter racing against PACERS!!!! When the horse was nominated were they aware that the race was for PACERS? It is not as if the horse hasn’t had racing as it dropped out at its previous start against slow trotters, so what is the real benefit of it starting apart from making up numbers, and you would need a rat in your head to be backing it!! Compare Mile rates of the pacers to the mile rates that Above The Rest has been going and you would say “you are dreaming Jonesy” Extremely rare nowadays for a trotter to race in a pacing race but there can be no way in hell that this horse will finish close up against pacers although the grass will help I suppose, but it won’t be getting any stake money.
  20. Monopoly or domination not great for any industry
  21. Don’t really believe that those horses run on carrots!!!
  22. Point being a monopoly is not great for any industry, not about what someone is charging!!!!!!!
  23. Not for the no. Of wins? Was it UDR?
  24. And that is a bad thing? There would be a lot more owners around if AllStars weren’t here! Seriously you can have your head in the sand and think that domination in anything is good but it isn’t! If there was only one supermarket in a town then there is no competition and they can charge anything they like. Reality is that one trainer filling the placing in most of the big races is a big negative for the harness industry going foreword! Wont affect me whatsoever but what you will find over the next couple,of years is owners and Trainers just giving it away, as not profitable. You only need to look oncourse at meetings to see the age of the patrons and nothing coming thru youth wise. Young generation will not have the disposable cash to pay training bills of 2 to 3k per month!!!
  25. Harness in the North is pretty well stuffed and the junior rank no.s are minimal which means there are fewer and fewer young ones wanting to try and make a living out of harness racing! They would struggle to fill junior races if it wasn’t from former Southaisland Juniors now working up there e.g. Luke Whittaker, Craig Smith etc. Stakes are good up in Auckland but then the training costs are much higher. Hopefully it will be stimulated by the apartment sales but I wouldn’t be betting on it as the old owners and trainers move on and aren’t replaced by any new Blood! The plu dering o group races in Auckland is also a huge negative for anyvowner up there knowing they won’t get any return on their dollar! Negative but true facts!
