McLellan just can’t drive anymore and he should be in the stands, end of storey if that is the best he can do nowadays !!!

Think you are wrong Newmarket. If she draws well and trails there is another win in her, providing McLellan wants to drive semi responsibly!!!

Veras Delight with any reasonable driver would have won that race last night! A nine horse field and he wants to be locked up back on the fence as usual and not get a run! The horse is a nine year old mare who you would think would be served this year, so you would think he would be out to get a final win or two when you are in an extremely winnable race, compared to what she had been racing against! Brendon McLellan you need to give yourself an upppercut for another pathetic drive, but yes pretty consistent with most of your others in the past year or so. Yes talking from my wallet but Harness NZ need To get real if they want people to continue to offload money into it! Mr McLellan needs to be read the riot act by both the Stipes and also his owners. No driving wins Mr McLellan this season and you can see why!!!!!!

Wouldn’t be sure that he wasn’t trying to win, but he is certainly very trying as far as punters are concerned. His UDR for all of his years of driving is over .1500 and yet it is only .04 this year. He obviously has very loyal owners but they a,so must have deep pockets and be pretty meek and mild knowing that he is not going to give their horses every chance. Is there anyone that will go in to bat for Mr McLellan’s driving ability nowadays? Na doubt it very much!

This fellah used to be able to drive pretty well I thought!! What has happened to him? He should be sitting in the stand as he is now terrible Always goes down on the fence and more often than not never gets clear runs! Everytime Veras Delight comes to Canterbury it goes well because he isn’t driving it! I hope you read this Brendon because you seriously need to put on drivers that are going to give your horses a chance to win! The fact that you haven’t driven a winner in nearly forty starts this season should be telling you something!!!

No I don’t think they will as they are a law unto themselves. Do know from personal experience that they do not always tell it the way it is!!!!!!

Yes they really do t like to take big bets normally!!! However every now and then there are big bets that Trackside state have been taken!! Are these actually legitimate bets or more just fiction?????

Aimee, to be fair, most Harness enthusiasts know exactly how dedicated your family is to harness racing. Your horses are always very well prepared and you do a great job with the horses you have, so wouldn’t be too bothered by a comment. As you know it is a very hard way to make a living but keep up the good work!

Brodie is always on the money, well almost anyway! It was a stupid decision by someone to allow Lovey Dovey Moment to be in the draw and to start from 1 plain dumb! There are many decisions that are made in harness racing by people that just don’t make any sense!

The thing is that if the driver had to be back from the unruly position from the mobile then drawn one off the front, there is going to be a pretty good chance that it is going to gallop early on!! Just seems a bit weird!

Trying to sort out the horses for Friday night st Addington! Noted that Lovey Dovey Moment in Race 8 has drawn the pole in a mobile over 1980m! This horse has been racing from the unruly over the mobile in its previous starts and doing things wrong. It was back from the unruly spot last start and galloped,in the straight And was given a final warning!! Not sure how the horse is now allowed to come into the draw after being unruly and doing things wrong?? Did the connections ask for the horse to start from the unruly in the first place rather than the Stipes making it unruly? Anyhow going to be interesting to see whether it trots from the pole and doesn’t interfere with the ones following it out!!

We went to Meadowlands probably about 5 years ago. I think the pokies keeps the place going and they have give always to the oldies to get them to the casino. As for the racing, boring as hell and not watched by too many. Most of them looked like they were down and outers really unfortunately. The Racing is extremely over rated and I don’t believe that the enthusiasts here would be over there! Although, Iraklis would be into it, I am sure ! YEEEEEEHAAAAAAAGOOOOOO etc.etc.

No. No track in Vegas of course as the horses would die of heat exhaustion. The Rockies they would die of frost bite. Massive snowfall as we were leaving. Lucky to get out of Banff! New York, couldn’t be bothered as hassle with the trains getting to the Meadowlands. You wouldn’t rent a car and drive over there as they are mad and drive on the wrong side!!

Back in town, and yes I saw that the Darkside were mentioning “The Brodster” again. It looked like it came from the grandmaster himself, The Scoobie Doo! Actually, I take it as a huge compliment in that they haven’t forgotten me, and yet I haven’t been over there for such a long time, seems like eternity. Thankyou Darkside, as it appears that Brodie will live forever over there in their eyes, so to leave such an impression, I must’ve been veryvworthwhile for their site!!

Investing into pre nominations is a total gamble without much upside.’ Horse may not start, may get a bad draw etc. No doubt people will disagree though
