Tonkatime, he posted a response that had blatant untruths in it, from SAFE! The whip in Australia has not been banned at all, and it is on that basis that HRNZ over reacted! Of course Brodie is on the money as per usual!

Point is Ranga, is that they did not have the harness whip on their agenda and still haven’t a clue what is going on! HRNZ stuffed up majorly with their decision based on panicking for no reason, and this has impacted on the industry! No problem with change providingbitbis thought out, but the rule wasn’t, and needs changing now!

Whiteman, most owners throughout NZ know that it is very difficult to break even racing horses in NZ! Not too sure what your last comment about the AllStars not racing at Manawatu or Marlborough is meant to mean? They prefer to race for the big money to clean up those races, that is what the problem is!

Whiteman, most enthusiasts are aware that harness racing is pretty weak in the Marlborough region and that is why the horses go to Palmerston North where the quality of horse is not as good! They do pick up their fair share of winners up there. The good thing about the racing on the Nelson Blenheim circuit is that the stake money is shared around although with costs most owners won’t be flush with cash. Great to see the AllStars stables winning races in Australia, and leaving us alone!

Rangatira, note that Basil has not responded due to him having several eggs on his face! What is your opinion on the false information that was stated by S.A.F.E that HRNZ was scared of? Do you not think that SAFE should know what is going on if they are so worried about the harness whip rule? It is certainly not a great look having someone responding and actually telling Porkies when Brodie has never once done this!

Read the crap going on at the galloping site!!!! We had the same crap on the Darkside site where some were just out to cause shite! Think those same ones possibly on here now but have moderated a bit! Personally think it is great that contributors are allowed there say, but if several good contributors are wishing to stop posting due to one other poster, then there is a problem! Dont really know Thomas as he is only Gallops really, and yes he is allowed to post providing it is not insulting contributors when they don’t deserve it! Thomas perhaps you could repent your sins for the good of the Gallops site, otherwise this harness site will be far stronger than your Gallops side, bearing in mind harness racing is a far superior form of racing than your Gallops!!!!

I bet the Ozzie’s are pleased that the AllStars have horses racing over there, contributing to the racing industry just like in NZ!

HRNZ changed it due to what Harness Australia had done in regards to banning of the whip, which is no longer going to happen!
