  1. Why bother, more money and easier to put them through the kiwi nursery school and send them to the Aussie intermediate and secondary!
  2. What I don't like is when one stable has the top 3-4 horse's in the big races, it opens up all sorts of suggestions to team driving etc...the only thing that made the NZ cup this year as a watching spectacle was tiger Tara, otherwise major pacing races are just a procession now!! the Big trotting races on the other hand generally have capacity fields and are so much more competitive and exciting now because one stable doesn't dominate.
  3. It started before the new handicapping system came into play, although that hasn't helped the longevity of the lower tier horses in nz either.
  4. I see Paul court has hail Christian racing in Sydney, 2 starts for 2wins at menangle now, easy money for nice kiwi horses over There, I wonder if he will return to NZ or they will sell him after the big 4yo races.
  5. Nice one Richie, even a small % of the quad today will be a beauty
  6. Nice one
  7. Must be where all the value is!
  8. Get mine out the way early! R2 Smudge for Paul Borcoskie $12 R3 weststar Sam, I keep following him and going down with the ship but thought he was worth more than the $7 on offer.
  9. Nice one globe, good price, I'm enjoying your portfolio ?
  10. I thought Franco Texas looked a multi anchor at $2.60 happy, but Matt has put a big cloud over it by tipping out sails, he is never far off the mark!
  11. Yes I really liked him whilst he was here, must have had issues judging by the few starts he's had over there.
  12. Speeding spur vulnerable as well?
  13. Definitely Gloucester park worth visiting, great spectator track, good crowds. I would have said before that Harold park, but that's gone and menangle has no atmosphere a long way out like Melton and not my cup of tea rather watch races on the telly than go there.
  14. This is it's Aussie race record,
  15. NRC certainly knows everyone that left r.c .... funny he only turned up after we left and is always heaping praise on the grand leader...... it's like a dog that can lick it's own balls,.....self praising is scrapeing the barrel!
  16. Oh it's that retard RC Newmarket, he says he doesn't look on this site, what a tosser, mind you not much goes on there anymore unless you find whhhoooppp goooooo weeeeee yuuussss interesting reading!
  17. Considering a few of them on the Darkside only like $1.20 favs racing from a certain stable, I doubt the $9 on offer for the winner of the last race last night came close to tempting any of them!
  18. If you looked at its raceday form and trials you wouldn't back it with stolen money, must have been showing a bit privately.
  19. Agree, I am finding though most of the form around cup week not working out in the lesser class races like it normally does.
  20. Stable must have lumped on, that's all I can say!!
  21. Certainly has ability, did well to finish where it did, will be useful when they work her out
  22. They must know something! Be interesting to see what his price is just before the start. I thought 2 horses to night that have been mentioned by others over the cup carnival were good things tonight, Il parata $4.6 and doctor Tim $4.2
  23. I can't understand why either, plenty of weak maiden races around. It's not as if it's raceday form or trials form is much chop.... only $9ff!!
  24. That's bad luck, just needs an even run to qualify, his turn to get a good draw come final time.
  25. Nice run by Monty python, pats delight, spankem ,tiger Tara and Cruz bromac in the final heat....I see Audi hare ran 2nd to Cruz bromac and to think he was going through the motions a few years ago running in the claimer series at forbury, Aussies can certainly turn around average kiwi horses!
