    Agree. Dont know why anyone would bet win or place on tote at nz tab, when beteasy offer same prices + 5%. I see beteasy just follow nz tab with their fixed odds, but as the tab reacts straight away and drop prices, some good fixed odds still at beteasy. Add in the bet boosts, reward points etc, no brainer

    Not a huge amount bet with betfair on nz fields, thats for sure. Mind you, get some great odds on aus racing with bf

    Jasper, I think we all seek value every day. Why buy new tv for $5k when you can get same elsewhere $4k. This comp will be very interesting, when a few people pick the same horse and we can see the range of prices that everyone locked in. Going to be a wide range, so in a way, that might get people to shop around a bit.

    I remember one night in the 80s, tuning in to Radio Pacific to listen to the first leg of the double from Alex Park. Think Mark Bennett had talkback show on, this guy had rung up and stated that nobody ever listens to him, he felt worthless and nobody cares about him, and he considered taking his life. Guy had just said this, then talkback host said we will put you on hold, have to take Regs call from the park?? Hope the caller pulled thru

    Yes, i did state it was in foal in first post. That was another thought, do the stipes go easy on the horses connections just because it is nearly finished? Not fair to punters is it

    I think regular comp members should keep an open mind on this and give it a go when it starts. It seems complicated but we know that many on here have had a canny ability to pick a huge amount of winners. Just because Curious gets overs on his 100 horses, means nothing if none win, where as someone may be able to pick 10 winners at nz tab odds and win, who knows. In fact, it will be good to have a mixture in comp.

    Brodes, your playing mind games with us using reverse psycology! I get it, everytime you say a horse cant win, you bet on it, trying to put off the bookies so they do not think its you. I get it now, good luck with the big odds

    Ha, I have just seen this horse is racing today at Timaru from a mobile. I am picking another gallop and its last race. I see today Bronson Munro driving, that is 7 different drivers in 7 starts! Must be a record

    Only thing that seems a plus will be the cash out option. Every other agency had option for years, but tab seems excited about it
