Last Jewels the Allstars won 5 of the 6 pacing Jewels. (Beaten a nose in the other)

Can Cullen stable match that Stat ???  Go close.

what's your best drive on jewels day?

Amazing Dream at $1.60 ??? the Auckland Cup winner is almost DOUBLE the 'class rating' of the whole field. They wouldn't get an Auckland Cup start , let alone win it .??

Get your $1000 on that Brodster. !!!! pretty easy 600 and clock off after race 1 and retire to the bar. lol.....

I tell ya what , I'd be listening to Nat . I watched that Box seat , (for the second time ever) on the harness racing site,  to get the Jewels preview.

And Nat was on a laptop cross and was totally Honest about every race , and just about Knows what is gunna happen in those races already. She was super polite about rivals and straight to the Point.

I know you won't watch it , but if you happen too, you'll be IMPRESSED , she's fairly Dominant.

There is another video up now HRNZ too, that aired today on TAB its quite good too, has the Whale on & the Addington commentator. Both do a good job. Also there is a preview too on Boys Get Paid Facebook page, (80 odd of them will attend day), which has Fitzy giving info too. They are quite good too with a touch of humour. Heaps of info Gamms to get ALL 9 winners perhaps 😄

Gosh wonder if anyone will be able to get ALL 9.

Im going 3 or maybe 4 wins for Cullen stable. So Gamms you are guessing 5? 😄

Sportsbet opened a market today so have taken 7 wins , 2 places , at 400-1.

AmazingDream, MysticMax, LaRosa ? (well Bettor Twist only beat her 1/2 head twice Group 1's , Third time Lucky?

TrueFantasy, Fivewisemen, Akuta, MuscleMountain for wins.

ShanNoble to place (missed a place for me by 1/2head,  in the NZ derby behind Krug , time to get it back?)

PembrookPlayboy to place in the last. (tough draw for CopyThat and reckon Williamson will track him into it)

three for Cullen? two thousand odd for Gammalite for a lazy fiver ?

Yeah, Iv already got my bets on too hehe. Hopefully a money making day 🤞 Brods has a point re this restricted thing. Saw an article on Lincoln Farms owner of Copy T due to Covid Melbourne, had to cancel plans to come Jewels. So he's put bets on too already & he couldn't get on for ALL that he wanted.

“He’s at excellent odds. I’m not worried about the draw. It would have been nice if we’d drawn one, two, three or four but he’s the best horse in the race.

“I got on at $3.40, then had to divide my second bet by four to get on again and they wouldn’t let me have a third go. You’d think it was their own money.”

The TAB bookies listed the early betting on Copy That as $2000 at $3.40 and $500 at $3.40, the horse’s odds now tightened to $3.20.

Butterworth says he’s also taken a string of multis, as he can see a majority of the favourites winning on Sunday.

Mr Butterworth sounds like a Brodster relative lol ? Hope he has a win.

Jonsey and Karrots have Not done the Race 8 selection on the $10 Karrots Jewels Comp thread .

They won't be Bolting for Brilliance or muscling up a ''mountain' of winners? in that case

Lol, the daily BOAY entertainment post right here goes to Paleface. What a clapback hehe.

Can add T Williams to the Thread - (Nom BOAY Drive of Season 2021). You just need to come up with which specific drive 😄

We have people, well 1 specifically moaning about too much Jewels content, yet don’t add to threads as such. Go figure hey. Just want to open their flapping trap & moan.

Chief, to be fair could you say that he has been given any favours after all the loyal service that he has given over many years?

At the end of the day it was a business decision made by the Cullen Allstars stable, however I also wouldnt have worked for anyone that treated loyal staff that way!!!!!!! !

What favours should he have been given?  It's public knowledge that the stable has cut their horse numbers down.  Do you expect them to run a charity and pay people when there is no work?

Happens all the time in all sorts of business.  The only difference in this case is it gives the anti-All Stars mob another axe to grind.

on the 24may Tim gets a phone call from mark purdon to say nat is back so no drives for you at the jewels  .so he resigns from there stable . so why did that call not come from Cullen? so who is running the show?

Paleface, most should know by now that it was never being run by Hayden Cullen!

The announcement was just a load of rubbish and not a great PR exercise at the end of the day!

Would not surprise if Cullen is not there after Cup Week!

Given they are currently advertising for a stable foreman the fact they have cut their numbers and there isn't enough work is clearly not true.

Interesting that Tim leaving has not been reported on HRNZ website, Harness link or Box Seat. Leads me to think the split was not entirely amicable.

Does the advertisement ask for a stable foreman that can race drive?

Or it is a matter of no consequence and not really anyone's business.

So?

So,what was the real reason for announcing that they were taking a break from racing and Hayden Cullen was taking over the training, when this was clearly UNTRUE?

Where is the evidence that Cullen is not the full time trainer?  All you can see is Purdon and Rasmussen pitching up for the premier race day drives which is exactly what they said they would do.

Brodie you seem to be intent on bringing the All Stars down because you see their success as detrimental to the industry.  Instead of promoting people to rise to their level you want to bring them down.  Don't you see some hypocrisy when you compare it to your criticism of the "socialist Ardern Government"?

You may be jumping the gun a little Brodster. Perhaps AFTER this very weekend  of the Jewels , they'll be off to Aus winter carnivals? would of been silly to go before -hand. Mark does race AKUTA himself ?

As for Tim Williams , I fail to see why you and Paleface so worried about that ?

1. He is now driving the opponents of a stable you don't support

2. You like to support him as a driver , so now more chance to do so , in a big race.

3. His driving ability is pretty high so he might now beat some of the Cullen stable runners. (Off and Gone?) something a lot of posters would enjoy ?

4. Owners can put whoever they like on to drive . One friend of mine in Brissy uses a different youngster each week , which is a tremendous thing to do advances them all a little.

5 Who gives a fuck if Mark or Hayden or Nat (or Blair himself walked out) for Jewels day? They'll kiss and make up eventually and I'd even wager now , Williams will  once again be driving a Cullen horse NZ CUP in Nov?
