Which is bizarre - whoever negotiated that doesn't understand horse training and must have got blindsided by MPI. The South Island might get out of Level 4 next week but I don't see the North Island getting close. A North Island trainer would have to consider shipping their horses south sooner than later. Word is that Auckland will be locked down for 4 weeks minimum! Yep a great result for business and mental health! Which part of you can not eradicate virus do this lot not understand? Why dont they give us the suicide rates and business fold ups numbers?

More recently horses have had much shorter build ups, so effect minimal at this stage. Copy That was pretty awesome in Brisbane all through July ! shame he didn't stay as would clean up week to week like his old stablemate Tommy Lincoln is. would of been an easy winning prep for the Cup and FFA in Nov at Addington. Do you think he (Copy That) can get revenge in this years Cup ? for that poor getaway last year when NZ cup Fav? He did stick on well in the Auckland Cup over 2 miles New Years eve behind Amazing Dream and behind her in Brisbane for the Group 1 distance race as well. I think he can do it this year !

The deadly covid 19 virus that we are locked down for has not killed a single person! People are easily led nowadays and can not think for themselves, they need a government to tell them what to do!

Chief Stipe
What about this!!! https://www.nzherald.co.nz/nz/covid-19-coronavirus-delta-outbreak-mitre-10-awards-dinner-attendees-close-contacts-after-bar-worker-tests-positive/3LRQPXUXNBZRULVC6NSLDBTE5Y/ Almost a thousand people at a corporate awards dinner have been told they're close contacts after a bar worker tested positive for Covid-19. A screenshot of a message sent to attendees at the Mitre 10 2021 Awards ceremony at Spark Arena in downtown Auckland on Thursday last week has been given to the Herald. "Dear awards dinner attendee", the message begins. "We have been informed by Uno Loco, organisers of the Mitre 10 awards dinner, that one of the bar staff working at the event last Thursday, August 12, has tested positive for Covid-19.

This will ruin business and relationships and peoples lives and for what? A virus that is less deadly than the common flu that take out 500 to 1000 each year but we can not mention this! Problem is that the easily led have been scared so much that many can not think for themselves now. The big problem is that the damage that people did by voting Ardern back in has got hkrrendous implications for the country in the years ahead!

Brodie
Interesting that Hillary Barry has been pulled off the air on Seven Sharp has to self isolate due to her being at the Mitre10 awards last week! Why on earth is Jeremy Wells still on Seven Sharp as he should be self isolating as he has been sitting alongside Hillary????! This has just become a Circus and needs to end NOW!
