Indeed we need to keep knowledgeable harness media people rather than people who haven’t got the knowledge

Maybe I am getting soft as the days tick by, but why is it that people just want to assume that everyone in harness is damn well guilty

Perhaps it's because we others in the industry are getting questioned on a daily basis since the race-fixing allegations surface.

I get sick of the sycophants bleating about feeling sorry for the families of the accused ..... what about the families of innocent industry participants getting tarred with the same brush as the alleged cheats?

Hey " soft " boy, it won't matter how " knowledgeable "  these harness media people are, the masses don't like them. Don't want their sport for there are so many better things in life than watching trotters trot around

And what, Taku?

So Greg O was interviewed by police. Nearly three quarters of the harness racing industry in the Canterbury region have been interviewed by Police but just because the lowly Christchurch Star, which runs on sensationalism more than The Press, decide to imply he is at the heart and soul we therefore must label him as guilty?

It just states he has information that may lead to him being a possible witness, and that he has not been charged with anything.  I don't take that as an implication of any guilt. I guess if you were Mr o"connor you may feel a lot of unwanted attention.

I do agree the headline of this post is misleading.

Geez - precious much?

Where did I say he was guilty .... just posted a link to a bloody article!

Sorry Taku, frustration wasn't at you. I was more meaning the headline of this thread.

I'm all for justice being served if allegations are correct, however it frustrates me that every time I log on to this site I see this thread, in capital letters sticking out like dog balls.

Can u change the title to something less abrupt?

No harm in doing so is there?
