  1. Hey Gamms. You neglected to mention the biggest attraction in the coverage for me! The dulcet tones and expert analysis of Brittany Graham.😍
  2. Hey Brods/I think it is a play on words taken from HotRods
  3. I cannot agree with You on this Charles. Unless You are referring to The LP who travelled south with Zipping Sarah! I believe Trainer A Turnwald is no more likely to be guilty of administering P to her dog, than Big Red Sharrock to his two horses.
  4. Beach Start:History Qualified as 2yo at Winton Feb 2020 ran 3rd of 6 in 2.00.9 Exported May 2020 Unraced Debuted Oct 2020 2yo Pinjarra finished 12 of 12 Resumed as 3yo April 2021 Winning at Pinjarra Next 5 runs only produced a 3rd.7th.8th.4th.7th/ with career earnings A$6k Then this week Gloucester Park: Draws inside second row/raced 3 back fence/gets off near turn but held up in traffic/taken widest/rockets home/gets up on line. Commentator hails run as quickest finish he has seen for awhile*amazing finish*extraordinary*finished like Beefy T (who was a star ex kiwi Trained by John Green) So,will follow Beach Start's next few runs with interest.🤑
  5. Have wondered what Brodie looks like/never imagined it was anything like LANCELOT LINK.😜
  6. My Unofficial Count Fitzgerald Wins x 19 points**Well done. Runnerup Sheryl Wigg x 14 points What an astute winning drive on Dalness First. Last until the 600/came around beaten horses 3&4 wide into straight/weaved back inside runners onto rail/kept up sustained run to win (even fooled commentator). Illustrated her standing in Amateur Ranks. Congrats to all participants.
  7. Goodier's Race Team next Monday at Palmy includes 5 Dogs ex Freeman/Turnwald. The remainder have been permanent members of his kennel.
  8. And 24 hours earlier,in far away West Australia/Gloucester Park. ex Kiwi Vespa, last successful in NZ Dec 2020,at Cambridge in Lowly Amateur Drivers Race. Boomed home from last on turn to swamp rivals in rare style, recording 3rd win/9 starts A$29k.🤑
  9. Drew outside barrier # 6. Last at the bell. Still last approaching final bend, Also zoomed past Kiwi Star Lord Module. Non other than Locarno.😁
  10. Whats Sleep! Have NRL Shows to watch until 1am. 50 min sleep. Then IPL Cricket until 7am.🤩
  11. The Jewels (Raceday @ Cambridge)
  12. Snap:Hutt Park, late 80's/early 90's. Oncourse Jackpot, expected to reach $250,000 plus,& had to terminate. A couple of Other Syndicate Members & Myself flew down from Auckland. We had $8,000 to spend,& about 90 minutes before 1st Leg,I joined queue 2nd from window. After a few minutes,(and not moving)I asked the guy ahead of me,how much was he spending!Answer was $9,000 plus,so I instantly jumped queques, In those days, tickets were sold in $1 units,Think you took first 2 Legs same as a double, then if live returned to exchange live tickets race by race. I only got all our tickets on with a few minutes to spare,(though I think race start was delayed few minutes to assist the still long queues)& the other guy was still getting tickets punched out. Turns out that His Syndicate was organised by Ken Wikeley,a keen racegoer who I had often seen around Northern Tracks,& was in The News as Co-Founder of Rainbow's End. For the record,we were knocked out after 2nd Leg.
  13. Gamms, Lee Nandina sparks memories from my early nights at The Park. Did he race out of Jim Smith's Takanini Barn!
  14. A shocking read indeed. Anything less than a Lifetime Ban would have been a travesty of justice.
  15. Hey Karrots: I watched Bad To The Bone Win the opening race last Sat @ Menangle. A$20,400 1609m Race in 1.51.4 M/R Began Oz Career in Feb with pair of 7ths. Then 1st 1st 2nd 1st 1st *Best M/R 1.50.5 *Stakes A$50,400

  17. Karrots,my turn to 'snooze and lose'. Sleep deprived due to watching every second of NRLGames (and associated previews/reviews),plus every ball of new IPL Cricket Comp. Also,I do fare better with Sudoku, rather than Cryptic Puzzles.🤭 Congrats to Gamms for scooping the first bonus point.☝️
  18. Beaten a nostril to win Another Diamond,to go with the one she won in 2018!!!
  19. Or..are you referring to his training property! Has been on the market awhile and recently sold. I gather moving into Todd MacFarlane's previous location, with 1000m track.
  20. Yes,his unbeaten Sweet Lou 2yo at the trials, debuts against some older horses at Alex Park R6.
  21. Luke John B D Joe Shan Noble Ragazzo Mach (Dozen eggs at the ready if Krug delivers me a facial)
  22. Karrots, thanks for those interesting stats. Not sure if you need worry about Mr Vince outbidding you on any Sweet Lou's at The Weanling Sale. He may have filled his quota at Yearling Sales Karaka/Addington last month. Let us know if you successfully catch The Auctioneers Eye.😉
