To the owners of Yankee Jay racing on Friday night. Brodie thinks you should pull the pin. You have been good at trials but ran down the track a couple of times so no use persevering.
When it beat All U Need Is Faith at Addington at the trials one day in a 2:01MR last half 58 and quarter in 27 is when I thought it had the ability to win a race. Note: Four of the horses it easily beat that day have all won races.
Best horse on the night won and I loved the odds on Beyond Words. It held Amazing Dream easily at the Ashburton workouts as well in a 54 half and I think the better horse at the moment, while Amazing Dream looks a tired horse.
Was that a 158% market with emergencies still in the field?
158% is daylight robbery but would logically be higher with extra horses still in the field.

I agree! Thats why it is called gambling you are taking a chance. You know you are getting a likely average drive before the race so don't go complaining after.
Brodies advice = Let the punters win an extra $500 million a year.
I like the advice and could do with the money but not sure the TAB business can sustain that kind of loss every year.
