Sorry to hear that John, I understand wanting or using one in that situation. I was more meaning when you are few legs into a multi, the cash out figure isn’t even in the ball park. Agree with the comments around overseas operators dealing with similar i situations to yours better. I had one refund me the full amount after the bet had lost as an act of good will because they could see the bet was outside of my normal pattern. The betting did tend to be a bit erratic but I guess given the syndicate was a one off and there were only six races they wanted to try and maximise the return to the syndicate members. Certainly some good entertainment and added a bit of interest so good on them

I’m not really sure what the purpose of the cash out function is on the tab website. The amounts they offer for the cash out are so tight I doubt anyone would take one.

Yeah apparently it’s a temport mesure until they sort out the results section on the new site. They seem to take quite a while to come through since the upgrade.

I did an account withdrawal direct to my bank account. Initially yesterday it wouldn’t work however today it did and the money was in my account within an hour or two.

There is also a number of sports betting options available on the website that are not available on the self service machines which seems a bit silly to me. Also on the site there are no option numbers so you can’t manually fill out a form while getting the option numbers off your phone.
