    Agree I have also had a bet when I wouldn’t ordinarily. The other one I tend to be on is the super rugby within 10 points refund. If you pick the right horse/rugby game it’s almost a free hit.

    I’m trying to place a bet but each time it comes up with account locked please follow password reset process. The only problem is my account is logged in and the balance is showing.

    Complete agree Reefton, also a lot of people don’t want to interact or have contact with the Ird no matter how simple the system is to use, they would much rather pay someone to advise them and interact with Ird on there behalf.

    The site is crap, there are that many errors that occur and things that needlessly take more steps and time than they use to. I’m currently trying to put a multi on but it won’t add any selections to the bet slip and just says there was a problem with the bet slip.

    There maybe difficulty getting the money into an account with the money laundering legislation. I know of a couple of people who have gone to put money into there partners account and been refused. Also I am assuming accounts have to be in an individuals name?

    They use the tab terminals on course rather than an account.

    I was reading the “Sharks” super rugby preview on the blues and in the first line it says the blues finished 5th in the Australian conference in 2018. It’s a bit hard to take the information in an article serious when they don’t even know what country the team is from and such a glaring error doesn’t get picked up in editing before posting.

    That’s always made me laugh, keep 10 cents in your account and you can bet offshore and use watch and bet but put your last $5 from your tab account on a horse and you can’t watch.

    I would think it’s fake news to. If they punt Winston the only thing they will achieve is an early election or carrying on with out the numbers to pass anything.

    But you have repeatedly stated that you don’t bother betting the day before as the opening odds are far to skinny and you can’t get the amount you want on due to you being a restricted punter.

    I sent the help desk an email about that, they responded just under a week later saying that the terminals can’t handle as many options as the website but they have forwarded my email to the relevant department for further discussion.

    I’m not sure why they don’t use the two channels properly e.g one with wall to wall racing and even split screens if they must and the other with more in-depth coverage of the domestic product and bigger Australian races. It seems a right lottery as to what is on each chanel at the moment.

    Nah mate I haven’t heard anything definitive. Though I thought they were planning to release it in nz at some stage although I could be very wrong.
