  1. I get a commission. But, you won't find any affiliates offering a cash inventive.
  2. Hi guys. With permission from The Chief - I'm asking BOAY members if they are looking for a better alternative to the NZ TAB. I can't fully disclose what I can offer, but send me a PM if you're interested in signing up to an offshore bookmaker and you'll get some nice benefits. Of course, there are positives about the TAB. But, in this changing climate, the TAB have refused to undertake any method to retain customers. So, hit me up! The offer includes a personal cash bonus.
  3. I won't try to convince you then
  4. But Bostonian was being prepared for the Aussie targets. Melody Belle was being targeted to the Kiwi Group 1's.
  5. You'd think so.... but look who owns Melody Belle.
  6. Odds the stipes ask questions?
  7. Very quiet trial wasn't it...
  8. Surprise Baby puts 10 lengths on Felaar
  9. I saw that live and it looked horrific. Sad turn of events.
  10. One thing that pissed me off the other night... I had a bet on the Aussie greyhounds (I was bored). I backed a dog paying $8.50 FO, but backed it on the tote as it was paying $14. It won and the dividend that came up after the race was $11.40. I thought "that's OK, the pool is small so I don't mind the drop in price." HOWEVER.... when the confirmed result came in, the winner paid $3.50.....
  11. I like a few at Warwick Farm at decent odds - not $10-plus though. Antonio Padre Fun Fact Aperitif
  12. I didn't care to be honest. The only people that have cared have been Leo and yourself. Providing you're different people.
  13. I don't think he's up to the standard of Australian racing. You can't take off six wide extremely early in the race and expect a lightly-tried three-year-old to see it out.
  14. PS - that argument wouldn't work in court, as that bio is clearly written by someone else. Use your eyes and stop being a puppet.
  15. I rode 0 winners. If I still worked for that company, I'd have that removed.
  16. Should do and probably would have won last start with a decent jockey in the saddle.
  17. I hope you're not a lawyer with that response? Maybe spend a little time outside of Leo's bar. That might help you out.
  18. If you are looking for a better alternative to the TAB, send me a PM and I'll get you a deal at an offshore site.
  19. What basis do you make that claim? I'm assuming YOU, Richmond Tiger, would know?
  20. Slightly off topic, but can anyone answer why the NZ TAB wouldn't want free advertising by the way of website affiliates? I've approached a few people at the TAB about running an affiliate website purely for the NZ TAB and most of them didn't even know what affiliates were. Considering offshore bookmakers survive because of affiliates, I was surprised at this. Who would I talk to? Or would a brick wall have more answers?
  21. I was with The Informant around 8 years ago. I've been working in the online gambling affiliate industry since, as an owner, writer and tipster. There's no money in journalism. Plenty to be made from bookies, however.
  22. Sure, but when he attacks you - and then both Leo and the owner of the website attack you for not defending yourself, what can you do?
  23. I did consider taking him for defamation, but the court costs simply aren't worth it.
  24. You are correct. He has had a vendetta against me for 10+ years. What I did to deserve his attention - I have no idea. Considering he's "friends" with my uncle, it's even stranger. I fully understand his behavour is illegal. He tried to slander my name when I worked for The Informant, to the point where the bosses and myself had to have a meeting about it. He has since, out of nowhere, decided to attack me again. Some 9 or so years after my last post on Race Cafe, which was actually made by Leo himself. He continues to make comments towards me, despite me having moved on. I don't fully understand his motive. I wouldn't assume it's jealously. I don't run a successful Auckland bar, I am, however, successful in my field. All I can think of is that he's got a mental problem. Depression, anxiety - or something like that. His life could be perfect, but he wants to make it as tough as possible. He thrives off it. He doesn't feel alive without it, much like an alcoholic with drink or an addicted punter with gambling. I'm at a loss as to what to do about him. I tried to engage on Race Cafe and make him explain his quote "He lied about his current employment situation" but he didn't reply to that. This is the same guy who, just hours after my Granddad died, had the nerve to ask my mum and aunty if they wanted some horse racing tips, whilst enjoying an uninvited breakfast at my nana's house. There's not much you can say about him. He knows what he is and unfortunately he's proud of it.
  25. More enemies than friends. Just the way he designed.
