  1. So if anyone had an opinion that’s different to yours then they are guilty f asking too many questions? King Of Stars then, typo Yes Gammalite, I’m sorry, I am saying they are cheats I note you didn’t reply to my point about COLT being attacked 3 wide in a 28second quarter, with 800 meters still to go? I note not 1 single poster has supported you I’m not getting at you personally, but there are so many occasions of team driving with family members and so many form reversals both ways that trotting in Ozzie is starting to smell a bit rotten Mikie
  2. (1) I ask too many questions? Oh really Gammalite, I've just done a search of my posts and this is the only race or drive that I have ever questioned I also can't see where I said "flea drivers"? No doubt you can point that out to me? The driving wasn't flea-ish, it was out and out preconceived cheating You can't see where in the race where COLT was attacked? Are you sure you are watching the right race? Can you even read a race? King Ofd Swing leaves a run where he would have been 1 out and 2 back with COLT leading the outside line to rush up 3 wide and run a 28 second 3rd to last quarter 3 wide outside COLT Why would any Driver do that? If you are such good mates with COLT's Driver as you stated you are, give him a ring, see what he thinks (2) As far as McCarthy being allowed to do it I don't think he is allowed to Time will tell Mikie
  3. Gammalite You seem to take it personally when I ask you a question I don't know why, it's just a question (or questions) All I'm asking for is an answer So far Enteebee is the only 1 who has provided any sort of answer and he's an Aussie as well I think Well done to him, he's not as blind as you For those not au fait with Australian line breeding, or inbreeding Peter McMullen has been charged with unacceptable driving so I understand His wife who drove in the race should have been as well So should his sister as well Chuck Shane Graham in there too Tell me Gammalite, there was nearly $100,000 laid on Betfair for the COLT to get beat, you yourself said how great a horse he was, so tell me how clever are those that laid the $100,000? That figure is the highest wagered against any horse in any race on the whole night. Funny ain't it? Mikie
  4. Gammalite I can read the race just fine I have trained nearly 300 winners, and driven a few However I would only need to be half sober, not very bright, and have never touched a horse in my life to be able to pick up the rort in this race Enteebee can see it, why can't you? It is obvious, why does a flea drift out 4 wide and let a relative through? Why does another flea attack a high class horse 3 wide when it didn't need to? Why doesn't the guilty party's wife, driving one of the fleas, even get questioned? We may have our issues in New Zealand but between the McCarthys, the McMullens, the Jack and Turnbulls, the hooking up in South Australia your punters are being given the proverbial finger Can you tell me Gammalite, since you are an Australian and seem equipped to answer, how many other States or countries run Group 3 Races as Preferential Barrier Draws and how many has McCarthy (oops, sorry, Mr Cross) won in the last 6 months? Of those that he has won how many times have his horses had the best draws? It's easy to manipulate when you have a big stable and you are told what else has nominated just before Noms close isn't it? If Mr Cross is the Trainer why does Adam Hamilton call Luke McCarthy the "co-trainer"? If he is a "co-trainer" then he has broken the Rules Of Australian Harness Racing 3 or 4 times every week Mikie
  5. I think you are totally missing my point Gamnalite Im not talking about one horse roughing another up, that’s ok, a horse is allowed to sit parked and dictate the speed, and you have had some good horses that could do that repeatedly I’m talking about a whole family driving their horses with no intention of trying to finish in the best possible placing, which is inherent upon them to do so. There’s 3 or 4 from that race that should get a year out Mikie
  6. I’ve always been told to never answer a question with another question so let’s keep scrutinising your side of the ditch Gammalite If you want to criticise our Stipes then pick a race and we can debate it, I might even agree with you, so there will be no debate at all There’s one charge pending for unacceptable driving in the race isn’t there? That’s not tough enough There’s a whole family out there that should be charged, most with giving their own horses no chance Perhaps it’s payback from 2019 when COLT was the beneficiary of team driving? However that race pales compared to this year Gi watch the race again Gammalite, take note of horses previous performances, and look at how they were driven. They were out there to rough COLT up, nothing more Mikie
  7. Gammalite Do you think COLT was beaten on his merits, or was there a whole stack of team driving against him? I'm in the latter camp Your Stipes must be really pathetic Mikie
  8. No he isn’t He is only comparing the drives MLS went 2.39, do she may be better than you think as well I accept that AD can do it tough, but I also accept that she had every chance to win from the trail Mikie
  9. No, he isn’t comparing the horses at all He is comparing the drive and the horse’s position in the field Mikie
  10. Sorry Gammalite, Karrots, Davis Had some family issues, have only just got back home My apologies Mikie
  11. Come on Karrots and Davis Gammalite said pick the card, he has, so it's only sporting you try to do the same Gimme 90 minutes Gammalite and I will post my 10 Are we scoring on a 3,2,1 basis or a imaginary $1 each way (if ok with you let's do the $1 each way and I will add up the scores tomorrow and post them) Sound ok? Mikie
  12. Might be the last horse Gammalite as we can't see into the future However Wrackler would be hard to beat, he won the NZ Cup as a pacer and the Dominion as a trotter didn't he? I know he didn't win that many as a Trotter, probably less than 5, but the 2 big races must have been mighty efforts There was a horse in USA who at the end of 2005 had won 39 as a pacer and 21 as a trotter (some of his wins were in Argentina so I don't know if that counts for much). I had to google him to get his name and his record right "Chucaro Ajihuna ". I think this horse's story might be the best of all time? I'm trying to find out how many more he won after the story I read. Realising it was back in 2005 makes me also realise how the years have flown by Mikie
  13. Come on Jess, it's not hard to get a small fortune from breeding and racing horses Just start with a large fortune Mikie
  14. I don’t mix in the same hallowed circles as you Jess, but I am told that his behaviour has been aPELLing Mikie
  15. Oops sorry, that was the guy before him Mikie
  16. I'd say you are well informed Mikie
  17. I'm sure there will be a blaze of unwanted publicity for Racing over the next few days which isn't good, similar to, but worse than, the behaviour of a deep South MP who resigned this year Mikie
  18. You seem to think his resignation is tied to the story in your quote above It isn't, and if you think this guy is "smart" then god help racing Mikie
  19. Phones are dangerous items, especially texts Mikie
  20. I'll second all that Mikie
  21. No Karrots, we won 3 2 of them were at Alexandra Park Mikie
  22. No, that''s not 100% correct Gammalite All Luke's winners don't get swabbed Plus you must know from the FBI investigation in USA that the swabs haven't been returning positives I am a bit suspicious when a used needle and syringe is found on raceday at Mr Cross's stables, and the excuse it was used for the 3 horses that weren't racing that night All his horses should have been scratched Mikie
  23. Can’t agree with you Gamnalite, if King Of Swing has “always” been a great horse then Garry Hall would have won more races with him. If the small tracks were an issue he could have travelled, he has been known to do it Yes, Luke is a great trainer Yes, Lance Armstrong was a great cyclist Mikie
  24. Hubby is Nathan Jack Just pinged for looking after wife’s horses whilst not allowed to do so Gamnalite Mikie
