Looking at his UDR up until 2014 he was always over .2000 and been reducing since then and now so far this year .1300 so quite a difference He does seem to drive Bugalugs on the rails all the time, and often not getting much of a go!!

Yes totally agree, Peter Ferguson doesn’t drive anywhere near as well as he used to, although that can be said for quite a few that have been driving for many years! He doesn’t drive as much as he used to, and I think he trains greyhounds now, for some reason? It was a terribly weak field tonight that Bugalugs was in, and should’ve run a place in that field on ability! Didnt back it as I thought he would be 3 or 4 back on the fence, and nowadays you don’t see too many pushing off the fence at Cambridge for some reason?

The first race and first heat of the Garrards Sires Stakes to be run at Addington on Friday night for $22k has 6 starters! It is great to see that 5 of the 6 starters are from the AllStars stable and the only other Starter is from the Robert Dunn Stable! You would wonder where the other paid up horses are, or do not many pay up for this series anymore! It looks like it could well be another 2year olds season dominated by the same AllStars Stable, as this domination is great for harness racing as can be seen by the starters in this race!

Lack of evidence? Cases against defendants are extremely weak! Legal system in NZ is pathetic, is it any wonder our courts are so chocker when it takes so long to hear cases! Newmarket, threads are not closed down on this harness section much at all! Bit Of A Yarn leaves the other site for dead, but recently we have had the Darksiders come over and just here to stir, because they can get away with it! They wouldn’t bother because there would be so many horses that do not run without a persuader! I know from harness racing that the whip encouragement makes a helluva difference. Some horses will just not bother trying and therefore the punters that offload bigtime will get the stitch and won’t bother. Gallopers are probably the same although some do just respond better hands and heels! Will this no whip rule have any stipulations in regards to hands and heels?

The smaller punters probably would, but the punters that invested the larger amounts wouldn’t bother! With turnovers reduced the profit would be reduced, stakes will reduce and owners wouldn’t bother, therefore racing will be a dead duck! It is struggling already and this would kill it! The larger punters will bet on sports, which is what the TAB wants anyway!

If whips are banned in NZ then horse racing in NZ is finished, end of story! Punters just won’t bother!

Basil, yes it does! It enables you to talk to people about what is going on around the world, and receive opinions from people from other countries ! Not going to bite to your stirring nature at this time Basil, as it is not worth it due to what has occurred in ChCh!

Multiculturalism has occurred hugely in many countries around the world, and creates communities with diverse ideologies and tolerances! We have travelled to quite a few countries over the last few years and almost everyone we have spoken to have the same opinion as each other. We have been onland and at sea and there is a swell of opinion that is not conducive to people living in harmony Happy! There are good and bad people in all countries obviously, but with the internet nowadays it is so easily educated or brainwashed by what is appearing on there. If someone is not happy with there life, they are often looking to change things and unfortunately and weak minded people at the time, can be easily radicalised and are promised to become a martyr! You can call it intolerance or what you want, but the reality is that we clearly live in troubled times and the tragedy today highlights that unfortunately. We have no control over what any nutter is going to do at any time!

Radicalism is rampant throughout the world. Religion has a helluva lot to answer to! There are attacks from Muslims throughout the world continuously, and as we know people are radicalised and turn to Muslim and fight for their cause whatever that is! There are people around the world that are rebelling against that, and if you read the main perpetrators manifesto, you will get a better picture of how some people are thinking!
