  1. Cos Blair has form and told them where to go awhile ago perhaps?
  2. Do not think saving some money and pleading guilty is the way to go! If you are guilty then plead guilty, but if you are not to blame for what happened like in this case with young Jordan Crawford, then harness racing needs to do right by Jordan and admit that they were WRONG!!!! I would be more than happy to donate 10% of my profits to a fighting fund for drivers if the NZ TAB dropped my betting restrictions or at least raised the limit to something more workable!!!
  3. Personally do not know anything really about young Jordan Crawford, except that he had worked for Breckon Farm according to google! If he is still there Breckon should be having a word to Gary Woodham who he is in horse ownership with and express what a load of Bull Shit this is! Breckon has clout in the harness racing industry I wouldve thought and if he was any sort of bloke needs to go into bat for his employee! Why are people in NZ just so submissive nowadays, just prepared to give in without any fight whatsoever? Brodie, “the voice of reason”
  4. Eljay, if you feel you are not guilty, then you should always plead not guilty. To plead guilty to get a lesser sentence is BS, and that is why the country is in the shite due to the citizens just accepting the BS that is being continually spewed out by the most incompetent unqualified Prime Minister in world history. Never ever plead guilty to any charge when you are not guilty!!! Are you saying that if you get charged with a serious crime e.g murder, you should plead guilty just to get a lesser jail time, even if you were innocent? Abernathy shouldve fought the stupidest charge!!!!!
  5. It is BS! Crawford should not pay any fine and appeal his decision to plead guilty! Not sure why Sailesh would have advised Jordan Crawford to plead guilty, as I wouldve fought it without doubt! There really are some stupid stupid rules in harness racing that make absolutely no sense and need CHANGING!!!!! Come on HRNZ you need to wake up and not fine this young bloke for doing nothing wrong and sets a precedent for this crap in the future!!!
  6. Lol They were both hardly on Trackside, Robalan! They were on the wireless radio, no TAB accounts to be able to have a wager on when they were both commentating! You would have to be at a TAB agency to be able to get a bet on but you would need to be very quick lol
  7. Depends how much you want on Ranga!
  8. They don’t help your fixed odds bet unless you wait till the last minute though!
  9. Very hard to find an agency in Chch that not attached to a pub or self service in a bar! A better idea would be for the NZ TAB to encourage punters to wager, that is no restrictions on any punter and the stupid $1k identification BS be increased to $5k min. They are driving punters away in big numbers and very few new ones betting on racing in NZ
  10. Clubs seriously need to abandon this programming of mile type racing if it wants to retain interest! Not sure why they want it as it is boring as hell to most! All qualified horses can run a mile nowadays pretty quick and do it is just about impossible to come from the back on most tracks including Ashburton. Miss away a bit and you have no chance so come on NZ harness Clubs abandon the stupid sprint racing and retain the spectators.and punters!
  11. Totally agree Lidwig! Not sure what the point of the commentators giving us several horses in each race? Surely punters are not persuaded into backing what commentators are tipping at the last minute? The fun of racing surely is picking your own to invest on?
  12. Isn’t mile racing fabulous though? The Bookies were a bit generous today on a couple of overs! Oamaru tomorrow looks like a profitable day for the Brodster as long as the track stays good!
  13. Na I dont rate myself against “the Whale” NZ TAB! So drop my restrictions and lets play fair!
  14. Not sure why no young kids at cafes? Surely if they were masked or jabbed along with the parents everyone would be safe from the highly dangerous virus????? Ardern you are toast and by the way, where is Clarke? Hmm being looked after in isolation by the NZ taxpayer arent you Clarke? Watch this space.
  15. Tonight we have a 2 year old fillies race at Addington with only 3 horses racing for $12k? There were originally 6 starters but half the field is scratched so only 3 remain! What an absolute waste of time for the punters and the club! What is doing when there are buggerall 2 year old races and horses?
  16. Bit confused here, but apparently Addington has grass track racing? Do they race inside the allweather track or maybe on the large grass area just inside the gate off Wrights rd entrance? Not sure what is going on when the tipster for Harnesslink think that grass track racing is back at Addington?? What decade are we in?
  17. Thomass, why do you think everything is FUNNY? God help you if you ever went to see a funny stand up comedian! And yes Bill Gated has said that the Vaccines are not working and natural immunity is better than the so called vaccines! If you do not believe me, are you up for a bit of a wager Thomass?? What about $20k, 10k to the winners charity and 10k personally? Go on Thomass instead of putting Fake News up, take Brodie up on the challenge to you?
  18. Not sure why you got the DCM, but that is a loss to the racing industry!
  19. Bill Gates is now saying the vaccines just do not work ffs! Who would have guessed that?
  20. At the end of the day we have a communist leader, a tubby useless finance minister and no one in Labour with a brain big enough to make sound decisions. We reap what we sow, and unfortunately too many dickheads voted them back in and things will never ever be back to where the country was before this flu they gave a name to arrived. Unfortunately many people who have had the shite in them ar3 going to regret the fact!
  21. So when does a gambling facility not become a gambling facility? Do we know what the limit is at the Casino? The thing is that if they dont want to take the good with the bad then they need to get out of the kitchen!
  22. So why do they have a higher limit at the Casino?? Because the NZ TAB want to be able to control who wins!!! why does there need to be a difference between the two? Maybe a limit of $5k would be more appropriate. Treating long term citizens of NZ as potential crims is not that becoming sorry!
  23. Personally dont see the 1k limit as anything to do with money laundering whatsoever! Does the Casino’s in NZ have a limit of $1k????? That is, that if you cash in $1k in chips you have to identify yourself?? If you want to buy $1k of chips at the Blackjack table, do they ask you to produce ID when you are sitting alongside 5 other players??? The truth of the matter is the NZ TAB want to know who is collecting money off them and therefore restrict them when they also want to wager! Have no problem with rules that potentially helps stop money laundering of dirty money! However, to put a blanket policy that hinders genuine punters who are known to the TAB agencies or oncourse to $1k collect from a $2 bet is just blatant stupidity and control. With all the surveillance and computer abilities nowadays you can not tell me that they can not track down people that are actually money laundering?? I have no problem at all with the TAB or Govt. agency coming to me to discuss my wagering and where the money ks coming from as I have nothing to hide! However they wont as it is nothing to do with money laundering it is all about knowing who they are paying out to so they can control them if .needed. $1k in this day and age is petty cash and I am sure there is far easier and safer ways of money laundering than gambling on harness horses!
  24. The interesting thing is that Craig normally tips horses out in the more tightly assessed races. horses from the top stables and often in my opinion not really worth the risk. However if it works for him then good on him. Have it on good authority that the NZ TAB didn’t see Craig as a big threat to them and they allow him to bet early. This is why the odds are generally dropped on the horses he tips. As I say if you think he is worth following then go for it, but how much fun do you actually get from punting on someone else’s tips at low odds??
