You would be mad if you didn't take a virus into consideration when betting......unless of course you didn't know. Why were horses allowed to compete, did virus get spread? Everyone in the game can tell you what effect a virus can have in a stable....

A mate has a horse in well known Canterbury stable ....that had this procedure. Syndicate was never told, first they knew was when bill arrived. They were pissed.....and horse went poorly in Auckland. It may be legal, but I don't like it, too many things as it is to make horses run hot n cold..... Explains why purdons have so many short priced runners beaten in small races....yet grow a leg...sit parked....bolt in when the moneys up!!! Seems many stables do it, racing all around country. Gives me, as a punter no confidence in the game.....

I don't remember anyone charged for drug on course that night....why weren't they charged? Once again....horse gets disqualified....but nobody charged?

Yeah been pretty wet alright....while tracks are poor....can't help the weather. Sad thing, we are only 2 weeks into winter!!
