Looking at previous miracle mile winners, most were know for over longer distances, and many also won nz cup, or performed well in it. Smoken up, monkey king, be good Johnny, sokyola, double identity, Holmes dg, Christian cull, our sir vanc, Iraklis, Chokin, weatburn Grant, village kid, master mood etc

Disagree, some would say it was a great staying effort after burning early. Never gave it a way, and nz cup field won’t be strongest. I would be surprised if he doesn’t line up. This thread will be interesting to look back at in a few months.

Not worth worrying about boxie. You know that once they make a bold statement over there, they never back down, right or wrong. Not sure what that proves anyway, just having someone that logs in many times a day, really shows you nothing. Maybe they produced these numbers to gloss over the amount of posters they now have, it has really dropped off. Good luck to them thou, don’t see why we can’t work in tandem . Punting comp, them vrs us!

Now that I’ve mentioned him, my field Marshall? I know the horse is more of a sprinter, but could be right race for him this year. Could be a few more aussies here, may be trans Tasman clash

Time is nothing special now is it, 30 years ago it would be startling!

Before Easter cup, I thought buster Brady was in for big year with a few better horses sold. But has been disappointing, maybe see how he goes in a few months after freshen up.
