I first went to Addington in the early 80s, firstly with my dad but after that with a group of 6 or so mates, hardly missed a meeting back then for many years. Loved the 2600 standing start, would pop out of bar, walk underneath and buy square pie, then head to start beside tree. If my horse went away, would walk to finish post to watch finish, if horse galloped, head to bar😆

Probably punters, including me should be eating what jockeys do on Raceday…

Saw a guy in the car park one night listening to Radio Pacific, had some contraption that had a timber flat base, then had a timber frame around, with wires wrapped around with some sort of tuning dial. Not sure if it worked too well or not, but sucked me into buying one🤭. Anyone remember, or got a pic?

Well I did mention it on earlier post, I said horse was so superior it could have won with the both of us on it. Yes, fell into a nice position, leader run them along, horse did the rest.

Yes, a big run by winner that come from last, but if she had got going earlier wouldn’t have got boxed in early in straight. Hopefully she continues to watch better jockeys and will learn in the future

Come on Chief, you have not mentioned her poor riding today at Doomben today? Had 1 hot fav win, which in all honesty would have won with me and you in saddle it was clearly that superior. She rode a horse called Acid Wash early on, poor owners, settled well back finished far too late, 2L from winner, wasn’t reading the track too well. Rode plenty of favoured runners for not much. Craig Williams, what a ride on Bella Nipotina, you can see clearly he went up to win easily, horse peaked a little so sat and really asked for effort couple strides from post, only reason it won. Kah went too early with Chain Of Lightning,

Yes, stable had some fantastic horses…. But let’s get real. Around the so called blood 💉 era, well it seems nothing was illegal? But come on, some of those performances 3 wide, real quick times by their good nags, but also their 2nd tier nags was hard to believe. Is the stable still involved with it??

I never watch on PC, I’m not that old. Mostly watch racing on sky, although have watched odd race on Freeview tv again, so that should excite some. TAB app works brilliant on IPad, easy to switch channels and gives split screen option. All up, thumbs up, big improvement all around.

Overall, I’m very pleased with the new App. Issues been fixed, not as slow, and great 2nd, 3rd & 4th promos being offered on all races at 3 meetings tomorrow, as well as fixed odds surge at other meeting. First time in over 6 years, that I will bet more with the TAB tomorrow rather than Sportsbet.

Paul has trained and driven some fantastic horses over the years…. But, I really think he should give up driving. Been watching him for awhile and he is making really bad decisions. Shocking drive on Forgiveness today, been unlucky on several occasions. Let him be remembered for his champion horses he has had, but obviously the mind is not quick at the moment.

Fixed a few issues, I can now print pdf form iphone, also while watching on iPad, quick and easy to switch trakside channels, also gives you split screen.
