  1. Well, not surprising. Money was up, so we knew the magic treatment was going to happen. Horse flew out, held on in record time. Makes you wonder, funny that Dream About Me can finally sprint home fast now, a few starts back at Addington just battled.
  2. Look, i know your views barry. But i am looking at it from another angle. Many huge punters from overseas only bet on certain tracks, a track that gets used every week, jockeys, trainers and horses where form is easier to read. That is the reason they have huge pools, big punters find it easier to punt on, more favs win, so more turnover. In nz we have crap tracks, average horses, some below average jockeys and horse racing turnover is tumbling. So, that tells everybody that you are in the minority, most see its in total decline. Yes, outsiders will always win, but many only win in nz, because some fukwit jockey riding favoured runners stuffs up. You yourself state that you dont like betting on favs in aus, but there is a reason they do win, and its usually great tracks and great jockeys.
  3. Amazing that on tote div she pays recently has been $1 back. Yet, usually paying $1-08 or more fixed odds before race.
  4. As per normal, its a circus
  5. Maybe he doesnt like Mick, which i can understand. But as you say, for connections maybe he should have said something. Well done the trainer, I remember Jeremy running the Punters bar in chch late 90s.
  6. Well done the lads today. Spent $10k, first bet won, 2nd one lost. These guys are an exciting bunch.
  7. Didnt see after race, did he snub mick?
  8. Yeah, sorry. Just noticed thread i started was wrong, should have been Sniper, commenting on last nights run
  9. Sniper. Not bitter mate, just the truth.
  10. Come on boys, private message me a bit more info, im not good at the crptic stuff??
  11. DD?
  12. Not my money talking, just looks bad. I know, horse went rough around turn, but as soon as jessie dictated slow pace, always going to find it tough to sprint up. Sniper is a great stayer, my main point, if the money was up today, i am sure from the draw, would have kept front, or if it did give lead away, would be to a stablemate that would set strong pace.
  13. Sadly Barry, just because you pick the odd nag at overs means nothing. Most clever punters, want tracks, jockeys and conditions that are essy to follow, if they dont find horses do not run true to form, they do not bet. Just because you put the odd $10 on a $30 winner because it winks at you, just shows where you at
  14. WTF? Horse looked like a cripple 400m out, then run home in quick half. Once again, hot fav gives stablemate lead, punters get fucked over again. Tim Williams, please explain why you didnt give horse best chance to win. Its a joke. Once again i have advice for anyone betting on purdon runners. FFS, dont bet unless the money is up. Otherwise , you will get screwed again and again
  15. Yeah, come on Ross Burgham, dont be a tosser. Leave Emily alone
  16. Same on most nz tracks now, reason most punters bet on aus races, exception ted and barry
  17. Me thinks hunter and boobs get a room?
  18. Only 2 favs won yesterday at caulfield? Maybe you didnt bother to watch the superb racing on offer. If nz tab didnt have sports betting and aus racing, would be far worse off than what they are now. As i have stated, not a labour supporter, just far more open. I find politics hilarious, people are so one sided, yet cant really tell me what National did so special for 9 years. Labour supporters would struggle to do same
  19. So, are you sitting on the fence again? So its ok for those on high incomes getting huge pay rises, but those lower or middle workers pay cant even keep up with inflation?
  20. You should try and watch replay from Caulfield yesterday, fantastic. Good on you for your loyalty to nz racing thou, but not many agree with you any more.
  21. I agree that labours benefit system needs a bloody good look at, that is a disgrace. But as far as wages go, national did nothing in those 9yrs, upping the min wage by 50c per hour every now and then was a joke, to have so many health workers that had not had a pay rise for years was a joke. Teachers, Police etc as well, most that you depend on struggling to get extra dollars. At least those in charge now said no to pay rise, not like nats that pushed for as much as they could. For National to return to power, get rid of the leader, and the other old farts, because like it or not, jacinda is very well liked, all around the world. John Key was popular too,
  22. This may surprise you, but i am not a real labour supporter. But before we discuss what labour is doing wrong, can anyone tell me what the best, say 5 things that National did in the previous 9 years. Hope the flag does not feature?
  23. Just goes to show you what they think of that National leader. Would be helpful if he could string a sentance clearly together, he is a moron, jacinda will be pissing herself. National made so much money from the chch earthquakes, booming auckland market that they could not go wrong. Brownlee lied so much to chch people, so many were told to leave red zone and take up government offer, as no services would be available, bullshit.
  24. Yeah, look weasel. Yes, she won well done. But the field was so poor, and given every chance to win. Some races that were won at Caulfield yesterday was amazing, that is the difference. Even Leos horse won, so just shows what a pack of hacks were racing in that field, even silly old Leo wouldnt take that slug to aus, be gasping half way thru race. Only hype in nz racing last year was a grey jumper that has about 1000 owners? Let us know when a bonecrusher, grey way or mcginty type starts to race in nz.
  25. Yep, stable had great night. Big races, money up, horses race far better.
