I,m obviously not the sharpest knife in the drawer but was looking to put a Quaddie on but cannot find the % box.

Anyone help?

Haven't found a percentage box but if you fill in the amount you want to spend on your quaddie on the bottom (of the two boxes) on the betslip the top one will auto-populate with the percentage

Well well well, its my farking turn tonight.

The site is being a complete c--t & I am sturggling to look at anything at Kumara, keeps coming up with "An error has occured".

I have resisted saying much negative as any issues for me are easy enough overcome by getting the info elsewhere or just making do, but this is giving me the shits tonight. Can only bring up races 1 and 2, the rest cause a problem.

IMO, resisting saying something negative by getting the info. elsewhere is an absolute indictment on what should be a user-friendly, informative website where both sports and racing punters feel the $50m spend is giving them value for money. Sure, a few teething problems are always going to happen but I think punters deserve better than they have had this week, be it using the website and via customer service

I read a TAB Facebook post which summed up for me why we have such a debacle. The poster was chosen to be a focus group member during the process. I quote his comment  below:

"... Lallit i was part of the focus group...i went into their Petone offices and it was an interview type session with me and 2 of their consultants...they recorded the discussion and asked me to repeat myself to just about every suggestion i had several times...they couldn't grasp what i was saying...both of then said to me at the end of the session they weren't gamblers so had no idea about how it works...i came home to my partner on that day and said "well the TAB is now phucked"...maybe it'll take me a while to get use to it but at this stage I'm not much of a fan...can't get the streaming going on my mobile but ok on ipad...maybe just teething issues...juries out for mine"

Fark off.

When I clicked on R3, I got a top of page banner saying something had gone wrong and to refresh the page. I did so and after 4 circles of death did their thing for 30 seconds or so I got R3 and all subsequent races second time round.

Not looking forward to tomorrow when the first real pressure will be placed on the site

The powers that be would never for a fleeting second have even considered consulting or asking opinions of the multitude of experienced regular  punters around this country . They and their consultants and IT experts know best in their opinion so why on earth would they lower themselves and bother to listen to mug punters . You will find NZTR also live on this higher plane .

I had 3 bets tonight, two were straight place bets and one was a first 4 at Cranbourne that I randomly fancied ..there was 4mins and 30 secs before Cranbourne went off, this wasn't enough time to get the bet on, with all the hamster wheels turning on every horse number I pressed... frustrating....I'm going old school tomorrow and using half a tank of petrol to find a TAB agency, I haven't got the patience for this shit.

Seems a bit drastic over a few issues on a website.

These corporate bookies in Aus are not the Panacea that a few are making them out to be on here. I have had a lot more experience that probably most on here by a wide margin. I opened my first account nearly 20yrs ago which was IAS operated by the famous bookmaker Mark Read.

Whilst yes they give bonuses and boosts & offer a lot a great things, they only offer them to 2 types of punters, 1) New punters to them whom they don't know, 2) Those whom they perceive as long term losers.

I have lost a lot of money with them through the way they treat you as a customer and various other issues, the plus side is great for sure but if you are anyhting decent its only short lived. Be careful what you wish for.

The true test will be comparative data between the Trentham meeting today and 12 months ago, plus ongoing data.  Only problem, we no longer have the data for 12 months ago, and we won't get any for today.

Transparency only applies to others

Finding it really cumbersome trying to navigate around the site.

The back button takes you right back, click on the downward arrow to get prices in order and firstly it goes to highest at the top, no results for this meeting last year, can't click on a jockey or trainer to see what else they have or are riding

Lots of little stuff

On the positive side, I like the fluctuations column.

Well,

Had to deposit a few bucks yesterday to give it a workout. I dont want to keep harping on about beteasy, but that app is so user friendly compared to nz tab one. To keep going back to top of screen to get to next race is a joke, most sites allow you to swipe screen to next race. It kept re starting , slow and trackside feed was in and out all night, yet sky go and netflix fine. I did have a laugh, which sums up the shithole site, is when you place fixed odds bet on 2 horses in a race, it even tells you how much you could collect??

FFS, even if they dead heat you cocks, you wouldnt get full div on both.

Verdict for me, wont close tab acc, but it will still be my 3rd choice. Did try cashout option, seemed to work ok, but you may be better to punt on other team live, rather than take reduced odds.

Good Luck Today All, its a bloody shame to see people closing accounts because of this, even more so with regular punters

But their websites work.

No halftime/fulltime options for the Breakers game tonight. Won't be betting my money then.

That’s the odd thing, they have all these options but sometimes not the most basic one. The other day I was looking at a cricket game, 20 odd options but no head to head option.
