    What is the point in the prizemoney increases, the industry is in a state of shambles and still they think throwing $$ at the top end races will fix it. A media person (albeit hired by NZB) for a slot race must be one of the most stupid things I've seen in NZ racing in years, to top it off hardly a racing person .

    Trentham has become Whanganui in the winter, utterly hopeless. NZ racing is an utter shambles and cannot last beyond the next few years. You would have some hope if it wasn't being run by a circus.

    That there shows you why NZ racing will never make it. Utterly pointless waste of $$$ for little benefit but breeders being able to waffle on to buyers that they can race for X amount of prizemoney when it reality the majority of them will be racing for a lot less!

    My favourite isthe owners award, they got a discount on the engraving by just putting the Lindsays on it for the next 20 years.
