Because it was being offered for sale for a number of months and Craig was telling everyone he was going to sell his property and retire. Believe he has one horse left now.
He always promised to win two or three. He's done that now but won't go much further and unlikely he;ll be onsold to Aussie with this spreaders and penchant for galloping. Handy pickup from them, though
Unlike Brodie, Knight is never wrong. You should know that by now. https://www.stuff.co.nz/business/116652897/commerce-commission-alleges-pricefixing-by-horse-transporters
Don't disagree with your assessments of last night, but Blair has, imo, been making a lot of very good decisions in his driving this year. I guess they all have a bad one from time to time.
I would bet my left nut Chicago Bull does not show. The Chase Auckland story was a beat up to me. Never really seemed likely, even if everything went perfectly, even though the stable weren't discounting it. They are generally very conservative with their four-year-olds, Lazarus and Il Vicolo the exceptions.
What are you quoting that story for. Her (Gibson) effort last week was so bad and inaccurate ATC demanded a retraction.
Canam were sacked for being slow and useless. And they were the secondary firm on site. Ganellen are building two of the three structures and they have come ahead well.
ATC are guilty of not sacking Canam sooner and the question has to be asked why.
this whole thing is shambolic. Now it's just what it was a few years ago, only worse. The handicapping sub-committee needs to stop listening to biased trainers.
You are right about Teaz and Cross, but a bit hard on Guerin. He's not afraid to say what he thinks. Didn't associate the Whale with that same proclivity.
